" so the united nations has spelled out for us what the main problem is - a crazy dictatorial non powersharing government. as stated here, internal political fighting and an unfavorable assessment of iraq's political structure by "some foreign countries" is preventing iraq from exiting chapter vii. at the end of the day, as maliki continues this course, iraq can hang it up. until they are anointed by "some foreign countries" as being internationally worthy, they will remain locked in the shackles of ch vii. however at the same time, there is an easy fix; balanced power sharing among the 3 sects - kurd, sunni, shia - ARBIL AGREEMENT.
