What you need to look at is IQD/USD. I am not certain but do believe yoiu are looking at USD/IQD and this is the difference.

It states US$1 = 59,236 IQD

Somehow, I think this is someone playing a joke for April Fools Day. JMO

The Euro to IQD is: 1 Euro = 1574 IQD, the same rate as before.

Something Interesting....

Divide 59,236 by 25,000 (Large IQD note) anf you get 2.36944

a nice number for an RV - Maybe someone GOOFED...???
