You guys do know that this law was put in place by the US forces right?

"De-Baathification" was the removal of all of Saddam Hussain's leadership structure from the government and military and many of these people in this prison were arrested by US and British forces and not the current government of Iraq.

People may want to spend more time reading the news and less time listening to gurus who do nothing but inject uneducated opinions on subjects they know little of.
