We got this information from one of our sources in the Office of the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces and by stating the following:

Just want to add this for all those that hate Maliki,

Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, the rivalries and political differences "disrupted everything" in Iraq, warning of a return to sectarian.
