This is just so disappointing that he is not accountable to anything. Blondie your right. Really the corruption is over the top in that country. Every where you turn is another corruption crises. Chapter 7 will remain as long as he is a dictator. He's killing all the opposition or arresting them to the abyss. Dang if they could just somehow get that super or fed council approved we could began to have a power sharing government. I don't care if they ever get out of chapter 7 as long as the PM is doing his evil deeds. I worry he could put the country in civil war or do like saddam and start murdering kurds. It's just in a fine place here where it can go either way. I am betting on his opposition are finally wising up and going to take care of this problem. The US might have to help out since it will be them who have mud on their face if maliki becomes more powerful than saddam.
