Attorney Mayahi likely to reach next year's budget (132) billion dollars .. And calling on the government to speed up submitting to parliament for discussion

Baghdad (news) .. Likely a member of the Economic Committee MP / mass white / Aziz al-Mayahi, reaching next year's budget (132) billion dollars as a result of increased oil prices and increased oil production, calling on the federal government to speed up the completion drafted for submission to the House of Representatives for discussion and voting on them.

Said Mayahi (of the Agency news) on Tuesday: supposed to accomplish the general budget of the Council of Ministers in September of each year in order to allow an opportunity for members of the House of Representatives debated and voted upon be at least monthly (November or December) to begin exchange financial allocations to the provinces and ministries in the beginning of the year.

He added: that the government is required to expedite the completion of the drafting of the budget year (2013) and approval, to be next month or delivered to the House of Representatives in order to be approved during the current year.

And: that the next year's budget will increase from the current year budget by (30 - 32) billion dollars to become the size (132) billion dollars the fact that there is an increase in the rate of oil production and higher oil prices in the world markets.

Confirmed: that some ministries and provinces would follow the same context applicable in previous years not to exchange money and recycled to the next year's budget because of the quota system and the lack of a political majority government. / End / 8. D. Q

IMO, they are going to access the drainage funds that Scooter had described in previous chats.

Scooter: If you remember when Iraq does a budget they come out and base the budget on the value of each barrel of oil so for example in 2010 I believe they budgeted for $62.50 a barrel however the actual average for that year was closer to $78 – $80 those funds areDrainage funds and held off until the complete budget process goes throught the independent audit and then the final audit with the BSA

BSA — Board of Supreme Audit that process alone can take 18 – 24 months after that calendar year as a result Iraq has been stockpiling some serious funds

This is excellent for developing infrastructure, getting industry back up, and providing benefits to the citizens.

However, it s the GOI's money, not the CBI.

With the CBI coming out and saying they have over 70 trillion in foreign reserves, they dont need to count on any of the GOI's money to raise the value on the dinar. Its coming my friends, its coming.
