MP Dani: budget allocations this year will raise the purchasing power of the citizen

Last Updated: 01/03/2012

Predicted by the Economic Committee MP for the coalition in Iraq Nahida Daini increased purchasing power for the Iraqi people during the current year due to increased public budget allocations and the multiplicity of doors.

Dani said: The financial budget for the current year given the huge financial allocations differ from the budgets of previous years and where money is distributed fairly to all provinces and ministries of the state and contain a lot of positive paragraphs from which will increase the purchasing power of the citizen.

She added that the budget focused on installation contracts in most provinces and increasing grades and the launch of a grant for retirees of $ (600) thousand dinars, although there is determination and calls by members of the House of Representatives to the Council of Ministers to issue a law of public pension of half of this segment large in the state. http://www.baghdad-news.com/home.asp?mode=more&NewsID=45511&catID=10

How would a Lop achieve this ?

Definition of purchase power.

1•The ability to purchase, generally measured by income.

2• The value of a particular monetary unit in terms of the goods or services that can be purchased with it.

Just an additional note. When they say "raising the purchasing power of the citizen", many Iraqi citizens do not have jobs, therefore they do not have an income. With what they are trying to achieve with this project why would it just benefit those with jobs and incomes ? I take it as the second portion of the definition as the change in "the value of a particular monetary unit" for the benefit of all Iraqi citizens.
