  2. Hard to hold the line. This train is slow moving and the conductor's are difficult to figure out. I bet everything changes after the RV. They will be REAL friendly then to keep your business! Don't forget the time differences. It is my understanding the after hour emails are deleted

  6. Thank you for your reply. No apology needed. Yes, she had a successful surgery and continuing to recover. Unable to move $$ from Warka. We only have basic accounts. Did not have anything with ISX. We do not understand that process. I believe we are in over our heads to be honest....time will tell. Have a great day:)

  8. Had an issue with 2 accounts. They switched the passwords, but I exceeded attempts on 2nd account before realizing what happened. They sent a second password and everything okay. Keep after them and remember the time differences;)
  9. Good Saturday, If you have not accessed your account in the last few months, you will need to contact Mr Mohammad Issa. They will need permission to draw annual dues and will then provide a temporary password for you. At that time you can access and update your password. The site is NOT SECURE, but the account access requires double verification. That is the best I have seen. Usually takes a few days to get a reply. Remember, they are 9 hours ahead of us and off Fridays and Saturdays. Opening for business on Sunday at 1 AM US time. If you send it after hours it is discarded.
  10. Great! I as well, wrote them last week, and they replied in 3 days. I changed my password yesterday with no problems. Only thing I need now is an RV! :-) thanks for the update.
  11. Good Morning DoD, The answer is YES!!!!!! I am able to access the website now, but NOT log in. Exceeded my attempts and have been locked out with "wrong password". I wrote them about the issue and they responded with a "Thank you". Guess we are waiting again:)
  12. Thanks for the update. Was able to get to the online window, but the password they supplied shows incorrect. I have written them again and asked for rest of password they sent Tuesday. Probably will not her reply because they as closed until Sunday. Once again,thanks for all your help
  13. I believe it is still down. I have tried FireFox, Internet Explorer, and Chrome. None of them get me pat the point you begin having issues. I guess we shall wait for them to fix it.

  15. Coorslite21....my mom has $$ in Warka Account and needs to have shoulder surgery. Any thoughts on how to retrive her money. Any advice appreciated. She is 82 yo.

  17. Can anyone share with me how to access the online accounts. I have tried FireFox and Internet Explorer without success. I get to the main website but cannot log in. And why is it a NON secure site if ran by CBI? Any help appreciated
  18. Have not been able to access online account for 2 weeks. Tried FireFox and Internet Explorer. Get a little further with Internet explorer. I also sent an email to Warka bank. How ever, cannot get on to read messages....go figure, probably adjusting the rate for us as we speak and getting ready for the rush...lol. I did get a message from Mohammad Issa with an updated password, just cannot get on the site. This is typical for Warka. Should be used to it by now. Want to give them the benefit of the doubt, but really?

  20. Good Sunday Evening Everyone, I have had the exact same situation. I logged into the account tonight, but still unable to view the account information. This actually began Thursday. I had full access on Monday when I printed the balances for tax returns. I did copy and paste the Web Error message and sent it to Warka Bank email address and Mohammad Issa asking what he problem was and when were they going to resolve it. Also, it IS NOT a secure website either! They have not paid their dues for certification of encryption. What is that all about? Anyone else notice the unsecured transmission of account info and passwords? All feed back appreciated.

  22. Encouraging on one hand and discouraging on the other. If they are going to drag this out for 2 months, that puts us in May before anything else would develop. Then they have to evaluate the process, effectiveness of the plan and when to move up to the next denomination. By then, Ramadan will be coming up, elections to follow, then the new budget negotiations, etc... and hear we go again. Not to mention ISIS and the US Presidential elections and all the drama with how that is going to effect the RV when the next administration deals with the Mid East situation....uhg! I'm tired...lol
  23. might try a different server than what you are using. I have had success with firefox.
