this is the iraqi gov't/folks playing a wonderdul game of chess, at our expense obvioulsy. too many governemnts spent, loaned(& forgave loans) to let an rv fail. are you naive enough to think the iraqi gov't is really in control. they may be on the stage, but the folks in the back room are directing the play. go back to work and forget about this until after the elections.

thanks frank. the deal is simple. make cash easier to deal with for the iraqis. a lop makes it considerbale worse than it already is. also, do you think the chinese will forgive iraqi debt & put up the a devaluation of iqd. the chinese are one of the biggest holders of iqd!!!!!!!
