If this article is true then it could be a major factor in achieving the credit rating not only in receiving it but in also maintaining it. I don't believe the GOI has anything to do with monitoring the credit rating of the country (IMO).

I still maintain that we will see a totally different brand of the Iraqi Army post RV. Time will tell.........my

So why do you care so much? I don't see any secrets either. This investment is out there in the open and like it or not........You can ignore it or get on board. I'm also sure that those people you mentioned that evidently know the world of finance so well that they have to take jobs telling others where to go and what to do with their money, really have it all in the palm of their hands. They know more and better than anyone out there. NOT. They are speculators too. They speculate what is the next hottest investment out there. Sometimes they get it right but they certainly are not 100% correct all the time. When the time comes no matter when, I'll be here and maybe we can share a drink and a laugh about how so very wrong you were. LOL. I hear you loud and clear newbieDA and I'm aware it's an opinion piece( I hope others do as well). Yet it is still positive and I appreciate anything coming out whether it is an opinion piece or HCL. It does seem to come from someone in the know. Making it even better @Yukon Silvermoon. Not everyone thinks the same way.....and I the only fact I'm looking forward to seeing is the HCL. After that who knows. It's a roller coaster and I don't mind the ups and downs.....as long as it ends with a good feeling!
