All in all the number of returning Isis numbers to their countries are bogus and underestimated at best. There are more than they state in this article. It's an attempt to lull the public to sleep. I'm pretty sure these guys and girls of Isis didn't register in the airport on the way back home as Isis fighters. Besides that, I'm pretty sure the money stated in the article is already recouped or they know to whom and where it is earmarked for. Interpol should be waiting at the bank for these individuals.
