As I understand it the Dropping of the 3 Zero's would be .00086 rate would become .86 or 86 cents. Another way I have heard the is simply to move the decimal 3 places to the left in this case the 1190 rate would become 1.19 or $1.19. Karsten

Hey, I just got back from the store and the only chicken they had on the shelf was Wings and Gizzards.....Both are more so waste products of the chicken.
