12-5-2014 Intel Guru Mnt Goat I am very optimistic about these next week...in the next couple days they are going to run the UST managed system once again to calculate and bring new rates downstream to banks and exchanges. This time I am hearing we can expect a double digit rate for the international IQN rate in the USA. Dong too is very high. Wow ! ----- Goat has gone to the Tony side!!! We already know EXOGEN has, he's spouting the 1-800 number strategy again. BELIEVE NOTHING till it happens. Seen this hype before.

They can set an international rate anytime they please. BUT WILL THEY? They don't HAVE to do anything. Don't fall for the hype that's being dished out with every little bit of "progress." There's been a lot of little "progress" tidbits over the years that haven't amounted to anything --- as you can see we're still here. Don't get caught up in ANY hype, you'll only be let down. THERE WILL BE NO RV / RI / RD this year.
