    Well, we are talking about Iraq here. This seems to be the norm. Don't do anything that us Proactive and positive especially if it means no corruption involved. But being reactive, having negative actions, and participation in corruption is the way to go. YEAHHHHH BABYYYY!!!

    Yeah, well our government here did the same thing. Unfortunately, the more violent crimes take precedent over something like this. Youngsters here are very bad about it and there is a large diverse ethinicity doing it. Black, White, Hispanic, you name it. But what can you expect from a city that has 5.5 million people in it?

    Grazie, Umb !! EVERY politicion will make promises that they will NEVER keep. A new president won't and can't do NOTHING unless Congress and the Senate let's him. It was the same with Georgie and now with Obummer. No politician wants you to be on the same level as they are. When we understand this Fact, we will have seen "The Rest of The Story".
