I was 18 at the time the "conflict" came to an end. I met a lot of the soldiers that came back and the biggest complaint they (the ones I spoke to) had was nobody said welcome home. I started saying it to every one I met, even to this day I get a smile out of those I greet. Sooo, let me say this to all of our members and quests on this forum that served or are serving our country: God bless you, welcome home and thanks for your service.

There is the old adage "Know the enemy" and "keep your friends close and your enemies closer".
