I don't think Umbertino's post is BS....and those who are quick to judge are probably the same ones who will complain about any thought hat does not go along with their preconceived notions of the way the world should work in their view of things. I believe there is a grain of truth to the issue, and racism is only a side effect of the problem. A problem that is real and no one really wants to talk about. There has been an effort on the part of the GOP to suppress voter registration in key swing states, the one that comes to mind is Florida. This is the state we get most of the news regarding voter intimidation and voter suppression. We had a perfect example during the Bush / Gore election that put Bush over the top despite obvious voter fraud on the part of his brother, the then governor of Florida, Jeb Bush. Remember the "hanging chad" fiasco, where voters intent was questioned and interpreted by the way the chad hung by a thread? There is nothing new here...corruption is rampant throughout every level of our government, and Florida is certainly no exemption to the fact! Whether we choose to admit it or not, our vote has been manipulated for decades now. The Florida case was just the latest, and most notoriously blatant example of the control exerted by the powers that be to control the outcome of an election. Another example that makes a big difference is what's known as "gerrymandering" also known by the name of "redistricting" . This concept is simple. It's designed to reallocate voters into an area to favor a particular candidate. Again, this is controlled by the powers that be, in Republican states to favor their wannabe elected officials. Most Americans don't understand the significance of the practice and pay little attention to the issue, or it's implications to the outcome of an election. These are both clearly case of voter manipulation. These issues are part of a wider plan by the PTB to control the vote. Are there losers in their plan? Undoubtedly...the poor, the disenfranchised, the elderly. They are simply insignificant collateral damage in the bigger picture, racism comes into play just like the case where the thousands of residents of New Orleans were the victims of the Bush Administration's neglect after Hurricane Katrina, where our government took five days after the event to listen to their pleas for help. The PTB are better known as "The New World Order" they are the fascist elite that control both parties of our government and cannot be expected to care about the plight of some miserably poor mostly democratic black voters! For those who insist that illegals are being kept from voting by the use of these measures....get a life! Illegal immigrants are here only for one reason...to work, the vast majority do not collect welfare, free medical services, let alone want to vote in an election where they have no horse in the race. It's completely naive to think these people try to vote in our elections, and another example of an issue that has a low probability of happening that is used to justify manipulation of the vote by the PTB. Please wake up to the manipulation...it's all around us, just look for it, you'll find it! Someone might ask himself...If both parties are controlled by the fascists that run our government, then, what is the point in even voting? It's hard to expect anyone government to want to change the status quo, when those in power are the beneficiaries of the graph and corruption that completely controls Washington. They are the ones who have legalized their way of doing business so that when the finger of fault is pointed at them they can tell the electorate that what they did was legal. Your 100% right Umbertino. It was Bechtel, the San Francisco based construction multinational that got concessions from the Bolivian Government, my guess is through bribery, to take over the water supply of one of Bolivia's largest cities. I believe it was the city of Cochabamba, not 100% on that, but the city has a largely indigenous population. The townsfolk all of a sudden found themselves paying for a resource that they had thought was their "god" given right to have. Bechtel used the local police force to enforce their will when the poor of the town decided to dig their own water ways...they shut down the people's efforts. Bechtel got so greedy that they would not even let the townspeople collect rainwater for their own use. The city broke out in some of the worst civil unrest seen in modern day Bolivia. There were many killed and wounded among the civil population. But,the people persisted until they made Bechtel fold up their tents and leave town for good. I don't know what happened to the government officials whose greed caused all the un-needed destruction. I hope he learned his lesson though! We Americans need to show the same level of determination to rid ourselves once and for all of the fascist government that WE have in place now! I'm not surprised by the revelation. The World Bank, The World Trade Organization and The International Monetary Fund are all front organizations for the Western Fascist Banksters. Their stocking trade is to bribe officials in underdeveloped countries into selling off their countries resources to Bankster corporations, the losers are the impoverished in the many countries victims of these organizations. The people of these countries will be asked to pay these loans back through higher taxes, driving them deeper into misery and slavery, white the elite prosper with their insider deals. I gather this sort of news is something new to you. It's not new to many of us. Disinformation is rampant everywhere you look now a days, especially in the main stream media where you can count on the truth not just to be some shade of what was reported, but in most cases the truth is the exact opposite of what is being passed off and the news. Fact is...the dinar investment has changed it's complexion completely since I got mine in 2004. I no longer believe the pipe dream that many still hold only because world events have taken control of the dinar RV. The pipe dream being that one day....'soon'....the price will increase all of a sudden because of some event in Iraq, and everyone will rush to the bank to cash out! Since 2004, I have become aware that the world has been divided into two camps. The countries aligned with the Western Banking Cabal, and the truly economically free nations of the Eastern Alliance or Bric nations. The Bric nations have announced in February of this year that they will no longer honor the US dollar in trades among themselves, putting the dollar as world reserve currency in jeopardy of loosing it's status and value, and officially beginning the decline of the dollar. Both sides are in a currency war, and the Iraqis and the dinar are caught in the middle. I believe that the Iraqis (except the kurds) have sided with the Bric Nations. Had you been reading these reports all along, you would know that the dinar RV issue is no longer what we once thought it was, but has now taken on larger economic and political significance, and is no longer the same pipe dream. You lack of acceptance of the information in the white hats report tells me that you are against any news that does not reinforce the notion of the pipe dream that you hold. Please look up the history of US intervention in the middle east to find out the truth. I believe the truth is...that Iran and Iraq have long histories of foreign occupation. I don't think there is any bank that is safe or immune from what's about to come down, that includes any of the smaller banks. I would stretch the veil of insecurity to include any investment vehicles handled by banisters. I suspect all will become worthless soon. Thanks Tony. This news came out about a year ago. Interesting piece you found. At this point I don't think the Kurds are waiting for any part of the agreements with Baghdad to be kept. When the Kurds signed an agreement with a western oil company they are in direct conflict with The shi'ia south and it's alliance with Iran. THe Erbil government appears to be siding with the Western Banksters and not the nations of the Eastern Alliance like the Iraqis in the south of the country. This is why the HCL and the rest of the agreement has not been kept. The Erbil government has sold out to the criminal bankers and their corporations. The situation is very strained between Baghdad and Erbil because Baghdad owes The Erbil government proceeds from oil revenues that Baghdad refuses to pay the north. I think their ideological differences have come to the surface and show a clear break away of the Erbil government in all, but in name. The Kurds do not side with the South. Carlos

I don't concern myself much with those that refuse to believe anymore....The idea is to get the news out, because the people must be told. What they decide to do with the information is strictly up to them. They are free to accept it or reject it...the choice is theirs. I have done my homework and spent many weeks and months looking up the information in many past threads, comparing it to other information provided by other sources, and it all checks out! There is no doubt in my mind that we are being warned of upcoming changes that we cannot even imagine....
