We all realize that the Dinar will R/V in due time. The frustration in this situation is starting to get to a lot of people who want it to happen now. At 4PM EST I was in conference with the Manager of TD BAnk FL Branch.... I was shown the screen ,,,,, I asked to put in the buy rate that the bank would give me for 1 million dinar. $ 647.00 US ... no RV has occurred..... He has not been told or has discussed anything with his foreign currency dept. in regards to anything with the words Iraqi Dinar in it. He said he was not aware of what was happening. While I was there, he made some phone calls and was told the same thing. He asked if any banks at the present time were selling Dinars since they had stopped selling them within the last month. There were 3 banks and the only one I remember was Huntington Bank One thing that I was told when I asked, "would I be able to get a better rate if I was to deposit a large sum of money?", He said no. The rate would be the same for everyone and it would be set by the bank.. I asked if it would be the CBI rate and this puzzled look came across his face and I knew then he had no knowledge of the dinar. One thing he said that dealing with foreign currency in the past, you could seek and discussed a lower rate of what the bank is charging to buy back the dinar. For those who have borrowed outside the bank... "THE VIG" He is looking into some other points of interest for me and took my name and number and said he would call me when he had the info. He did not put a sales pitch on me nor did he tell me that his bank had people to help invest my money. I sure if he knew more than he let on, I would have been told of all the good things the bank could do for me and my money. I am sure he might not know what the top of the food chain does, but he was not even able to find the tidbits Not rumor..... happened today..... I wonder if the IRS knows for sure..... depends on who you talk to and what day of the week it is..... according to the currency laws that I have read, anything over a $ 200.00 profit when cashing in a currency will be taxed as a capital gain..... However, I would not put it pass the government to make sure that we all believe it will be regular income.... When it happens, I will worry about it then, let's have an RV first....

Yes The DFI is extended till May 20th 2011 ... Yes the guru's wrong again..... However, with the funds under protection, might be a good thing for the RV.
