Interesting how people will state there are may links stating its Jan 1, but not provide any links to support their argument. I hear Frank's and Delta call. But to no avail did I find any direct credible government document stating emphatically the DATE. So to all of those out there please give links to your arguments or keep your speculation to your selves. [my opintion and I hope it helps].

I think you are miss informed. Fran26 on his site and calls on a Monday, stating they did a freedom of information request. They got a meeting and letter stating from the US treasury that they have in excess of 20+ Trillion DINAR as of 2011. Nuf said!

I concur Oh_Brother, my bank hits me with more fees each month... I had a free checking account and they changed it. "Saying they had a better one me and me business:, now I pay a fee for this and that. I call them about why I am getting hit with all of the fees and they stated "oh, we don't do fee checking anymore, pay the fees because you did not do somany transaction per month, you did not have direct deposit, and have $2,500.00 in you acount per month" pay up!. [CHASE BANK]

So, this is really going against those that have had court cases in which "FED Reserve Notes" [That have no backing but by a third party institution - which cannot be audited by the US Government] are not considered legal currency can no longer demand US treasury note as payment [ money backed by gold].

According to the "DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY FINANCIAL CRIMES ENFORCEMENT NETWORK" you have to fill out the FinCEN Form 105 form when transporting any currency in or out of the US over $10,000 www.fincen.gov/fin105_cmir.pdf Personally I recommend if you can afford it have a currior trans port it into the US if that is what you need to do - they have an exemption in the 105 form, read page to of the pdf file.

Tonight just after 11:30pm 06/25/2011 I refreshed the Forexpros web site for the USD/IQD Which has been 80-20 [bullish - Bearish] for the past say month most of the time. It has been as high as 90-10 but now this see below. NOW it shows 100 - 0
