The main question for all of us rumor rashed investors is when, and how much. This is entirely up to the real guru's of the worlds finance. They are the U.S. GOVERMENT and its investors. They actually own and operate IRAQ as far as any monetary considerations go. The U.S. stepped in and took over this country for 1 main reason. BLACK GOLD! Yes, stopping human genocide caused by Saddam was a good excuse, but the main reason it was done is to control their resources. I feel fortunate that we have forward looking people in this country that took the risk of alienation from other countries to protect and preserve what we have here in the U.S. and at the same time try to allieviate and stop the the crimes against humanity brought upon by a power mad blood thirsty ruler, who, if you might notice, had a lot in common with Hitler, although he was not as phsycotic as Hitler. When this RV'S and for how much will be decided by the powers that be behind closed doors in the U.S. by our goverment and the countries deeply vested into our goverment. Americans cannot fight for free for other countries, we will have our compensation sooner or later. Our main question, (When and how Much), will only be answered when our leaders deem it is time.

Iraq has a currency in place right now. They can use it to buy and sell whatever they want. It will convert to the dollar or the euro or any other currency. The main thing Iraq needs is to start selling a commodity and take the profits and distribute them in their country to the people so they can in turn spend them on goods and necessities and that will stimulate their economy. Just because a 25 thousand dinar note is only worth around 20 dollars usd doesn,t mean they are broke if they have trillions of them to spend. It is not how they convert into other currencies that matter, it is how many they have to convert. So , therefore, the more oil they sell for usd,s; the more the usd,s convert into dinars and the more dinars they have to convert into usd,s. kiss formula---keep it simple stupid. research how many dinars are in circulation compared to the current output of natural resources Iraq is capable of transforming into a profit less all the debts they already have against them and all i can see (my opinion not stating as fact) is there is no real way they can rv in any significant manner at this time.
