They have been informed that there is no more time- they asked for help- at this moment all ministries inside Iraq operating under the central gov't have an adviser either from the UN US or UK to assist them in administration of funds management. [masterkim] When Maliki asked for help for the ministries from the UN. I had thought that was the case. Or there were problems with computer infrastructure. There are 6 banks that are electronically tied to CBI which are for international electronic trading- the rest must be regulated as they are still under the gov't and must be set up for the private sector to implement the free market economy. There are currently people inside those banks helping to bring this about- all monies that either pass thru or Iraq is involved in on an international scale must be accounted for so that there is transparency. Their ascension to the WTO will be aided by the US and other major powers that have an integral interest in Iraq- that is why they now have so much help. It is an easy thing to talk- but Iraq cannot walk the walk yet because they are not ready- that is why so many are there now. Shabibi will not trigger an RV until everything is in place -this means that monies allocated for the people must reach the people- the ministries must know how to budget and spend. Since Iraq wasted time of 2 years or more not following the advice of the IMF-WB-WTO to place them in a position to be ready for this- they are now playing catch-up with their internal systems required for admittance to the global market. As far as I can tell- everything is in overdrive to accomplish this feat. [masterkim] I hope this means the UN will have 'helpers' in for quite some time after the RV. [Nighthk11] 8ball's input concerning the principal players visiting Kuwait is dead on- The Emir requires a signature from the governing body of Iraq before he will release them from the remaining provisions of Chap 7- As far as I can tell Nujafi should be the last person to sign this agreement. 3 weeks ago Iraq requested assistance from the US to get into the WTO which is critical for investment and trade- this is being done now. The WTO began their look at Iraq on 18 March- by 25 March there should be an inaugural or inception for Iraq into the WTO as a full-fledged member. Requirements to get to this point are to first settle final issues with Kuwait to the satisfaction of the Kuwaiti ruling body- This was done- then to set up their banks for international trading- and enhance the private sector- this is why we are seeing laws being passed in Parliament that pertain to Private Sector investment. If it is true that they have once again been on Iraqi TV speaking about the RV and lower denoms- then we are very close to release- after a time talk of something good coming gets very old without tangible proof. Now I will say this - None of us know the day or hour this thing will go- but it is on the horizon and it's presence can be felt - many people here bring information it is up to the individual to either believe do research or simply ignore- But all who are members have input and should be respected for their views- Any information I bring here comes either from firsthand knowledge or from those who are in a position to accurately know what is really happening. I have stated that Tony Blair is the overseer of ME operations for three organizations because he is- I will not get into conspiracy theories or anything that is off base- I invite all to open your eyes and see for yourselves- His presence there at this time is important to finalizing the process started- he will not leave until he is satisfied that all is going according to plan. For whatever has been said and whatever people think- this is about done- The rate of 1170 dinar is a "Program Rate" meaning it is artificial not accurate. They have been misleading in saying that they will move the decimal 3 places giving IMO a false impression of the dinar coming out at $1.17 dollars to one dinar- Their wealth indicates the dinar can support much more. When it does finally come onto the world stage IMO it will be over $3.00 us dollars- this comes from Iraq as they have repeatedly stated this in their press releases. As we draw to a close in this investment- I can see the frustration of people that this day passes and nothing- I would advise to step back and look a little deeper- it is there. It will be very hard for people to "Stay Away" because we are so close- I like many of you hang on every rumor and ###### many sites looking for something positive that may indicate tomorrow is the day- nothing wrong with that just don't get discouraged and let it control you- it;s ok we are fine and this is going to happen. With the help they have been receiving over the past month- I think they are there-I believe we will see in due time. Now I stated that their currency needed to be international to be a member of the WTO- some of you could not find it posted in their by-laws- How are you going to regulate trade with over 200 countries if your currency is not recognized? I keep saying this is a plan- if you really look at the movements you can see what they are doing- we are there. [masterkim] as you have said it is more important to watch actions of people and organizations than it is what they are writing. [Nighthk11] The RV first and foremost is for the people of Iraq- world events have broadened that aspect to include all economies- that is why the help at this moment. I am willing to bet that if they vote on 25 March for acceptance as a full-fledged member of the WTO- we will see an international currency- everything I see is leading to that point. You cannot expect countries-people-or companies to invest or trade in a nation where the profits cannot be taken out or you have a currency that is not accepted on an international level- it just does not make sense. [masterkim] And in the news Maliki has announced the ministries for the 25th also [Nighthk11] With over 4 billion dollars every three months in natural gas alone- contracts signed with the EU to sell this to them- oil- precious metals- and the list goes on- why in the world would they put their money out at $1.17- does not make sense. We have not seen this RV yet because they boasted and ran their mouths- But were not ready- that was discovered when the Powers went in there and why now so much is being done at the smallest levels (Ministries) - they now have help and will make the deadline so they can be included into the world trading community with full status- consider this. Found this on another site.... Can anyone confirm or have heard this before about Trump being involved in Dinar? here is the part of the email speaking of Trump.... Will it RV? People with his amount of money and power pay well to be informed (quote "Count of Monte Cristo") and I strongly believe that if Trump invested he would do it reasonably at the last opportune moment for his finances. In fact, if Trump invested in Dinar, than to me it says that it is 100% going to return on our investment. How much? Well if you look at the standard market gains of Bonds, CD's, Money Markets, High Interest Checking and Savings Accounts (5% return annually on the High Side), and Stocks, Commodities and Futures (18% return annually with a "B+" moderately conservative investment firm) - than anything over 5-18% return on investment in a year would be a good conservative gain. But let me say that again, on a low side, Trump is NOT earning $47,500 a month on his Money. And you better believe if Trump has $30,000,000 in Dinar in an account somewhere it would be in a NON-INTEREST BARING account so that it is 100% FDIC insured and available 100% of the time so that when the RV does happen he can move at a moment's notice. Personally, I think that Trump may be one of the reasons Ali at Dinar Trade made his "safe keeping" bank, but now I am jumping to conclusions.

My Advice to anyone who doesn't believe it... simply pick up the phone and call a forex company yourself.... I too on Friday had a talk with a guy who was trying to sell me a Ninja platform I asked him if the IQD was trading.... He turned and asked his supervisor... who said it wasn't yet... but they were making the decision when to start... He told me he would get back with me Monday.. and he hasn't... The point it... Call it yourself... stop being a skeptic and just pick up the phone... But then you might be the one someone is slamming the next time... cause you have exciting news...
