Is it possible that this was not a "hack" per se, but the bank's bringing to light, for all to see, what Maliki has done to Iraq? Maybe wishful thinking, but maybe a way to get back all the money Maliki stole from the people of Iraq. Sorry brob, I just read your posts where you are saying the same thing. We are thinking alike on this.

Here's a reminder that I think needs to be in this thread also. Activation of Master Card service Activation of Master Card service is started in our branches in and outside Iraq. The Bank’s media office said in a statement that the Bank has issued trail Master Cards to its customers, where the card holder may withdraw its money from its account in any country or city without the need to carry cash, indicating that this step is similar to the developed countries which relies on it basically to promote their daily business.

Besides Delta, Randy Koonce said RV within 10 days, as did a lot of other "Gurus" whose names are familiar. After reading the above articles, I get the feeling that Iraq is not going to make a big deal of it. No huge announcements or anything like that. They may just change the rate without fanfare.

I never would give them attention either (Liberals), however I tuned in to see, and this report is great. Reporter from Erbil talking to our soldiers and another reporter talking to our politicians. Showing war-torn Mosul. What a site! Poor injured people. Heartbreaking. So far saying everything right, except they think Abadi can't handle it and question why we should stay in Iraq. Wish someone would say we have bases all over the world, why not Iraq too?

Unbelievable! Kaperoni is wavering on his absolutely, positively, no other way "float" theory. What happened to his Balassa-Samuelson effect (float the dinar from where it is now, as investment comes into Iraq) which he insisted the IMF said would happen? Now, I see one of his "possibilities" is that Iraq deletes the zeros which raises the price of the dinar, AND THEN float. I don't mind a person changing their mind about the dinar because I've changed my mind a thousand times over the years. It does bother me, however, when someone insists that he is right and everyone else is wrong, fights them tooth and nail waiving the IMF documents in their faces, and now after so many years says - Ya know, maybe there are 2 possibilities, but I'm not going to admit that I could have been wrong before. Or, maybe I just got up on the wrong side of the bed this morning. Sometimes, these things just get to me.

WOW! Thanks, DWS112. ..... the sources of funds are divided into pre-2003 dating back to the former regime and the post-2003 some politicians wanted. " The decision of the committee MP Ahmad Haji told the «Journal News», that "some countries I receive frozen funds for Iraq only after a decision by the judiciary", stressing that "there is a lot of money not claimed by Iraq, but attempts are under way in full swing." The Haji, said that "Iraq had in previous periods the funds were smuggled and not frozen."

"Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi said on Monday that the city of Mosul was completely restored from the control of the terrorist organization, adding that the liberation of Mosul was purely Iraqi efforts on the ground and no foreign forces were involved in the fighting, while the religious authority thanked for issuing the fatwa Fighting for Iraqi forces." I think Abadi's talking about the last minute hand-to-hand (door-to-door, house to house, or whatever you call it) combat to finally free Mosul. We didn't have any of our people doing that, did we?????

Yikes! I just read an article on another site that said Abadi went to Mosul 3 times, to announce victory, but found out he was given false information so he could not announce the victory. That's why he went to Mosul so many times. Mystery solved! This information was too good to keep to myself. Had to share.

Oh, I did not know that private message was only available for VIP. It is available to all on every other site I know of. Thanks, Shedagal. Yes, I can shake it off and move on. So If I understand correctly, other sites are not allowed to be mentioned. Are there any other rules I should be aware of? I will probably just read and not post - or maybe I will post something if I can't resist commenting, but I will not post any articles that I find elsewhere. I thought I was being helpful, but apparently not. I really like the people here and would like to continue on this site. If anyone notices anything else I may be doing wrong, please let me know instead of reporting me. I would like to stay here and not be thrown off the site. Thank you all.

I'm very sorry if I did that. I saw no links in the things I posted. I would never have done that on purpose because I don't feel that it's proper. Maybe you could have told me in a "private message" before you reported me. Could you show me where I posted links? I will be more than happy to apologize.

I've read several confirming articles of Baghdadi's death. Unfortunately, I was reported for bringing articles over from other dinar sites. Did not know that wasn't allowed. Therefore, I can't bring them over. Sad. The way I look at it, all Dinarians are in this together. If we can't share information, it's just that much less information we have.
