Here in New Mexico illegal aliens can get a drivers license ,well the governor ,who is hispanic by the , way is trying to put a stop to it..and a group representing the illegals took her to court and got a judgement against the notion based on the fact THAT THE ILLEGALS CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTYS WERE VIOLATED !, Can someone explain to me and how someone here in America ILLEGALLY have constitutional rights .
