Hi Carrello... Quarterly taxes are paid in the year they're owed. Basically, they're estimated taxes, typically for the self-employed... Since there is no witholding, as if you were an employee... you estimate your tax liability for the quarter and send it in. There is not an exact amount... it is simply estimated by yourself, or accountant. If you owe more at the end of the year... you pay the difference... or get a refund if you overpaid. If we cash-in any amount this year, it will simply be taxed and due as part of 2011 taxes, due 4/15/12. Any amounts, either in full, or portions, cashed out in 2012... are again reported and taxed for that year. You COULD send in payments in advance (a good idea, to get it over with!)... but, you could also wait until tax day 2013 (unless they pass a special law for us!). Hope that helped!

Hi Smee... probably from this suggestion in Yorkie's original post... I had an issue with them last month...ordered 12 million and they only sent me 10 million. I had 5 separate orders, 5 separate money orders and 5 corresponding email confirms...all sent in one UPS package. They took about a week, but finally sent me the remaining 2 million. I called two or three times, sent a few emails, dropped the DV site and Adam's name a few times, and it was resolved. Have faith, they will come thru for you. If not, let Adam know of your issue. By the way, on subsequent orders, I have sent the money order, and confirm email in separate UPS packages to ensure this doesn't happen again, and it's been fine since. Rafa10s Read more:

I have at least a couple of problems with this... both of which are exactly opposite of what we understand, unless I'm missing something? First, that they must RV before moving Chapter 7 sanctions. And second, that they seem to think the CBI auctions are selling dinars, as follows: 9:01 PM [TxBrand] Why did they auction off so much of their currency if they knew they were going to RV and be worth a lot more ? 9:02 PM [footforward] Because that was part of the plan all along. Many, perhaps most people are most comfortable with detachment from outside factors... and like staying very linear with their issue at hand. That is fine. But, please realize, on the other hand, there are a very many that do not adhere to that distinction... and cannot detach themselves from involving "outside" dynamics.... they are imperative and integral to a person's daily life and decision making. Money, politics and religion are the most prominent of these, and are involved in daily life as easily as it is for someone else to simply breathe. So, it really is a simple matter of comfort... what comforts you on a daily (small picture) basis... or, a lifelong (philosophical) basis? We each subscibe to a different degree of comfort. And to each, their right in such comfort... values... and beliefs. Enjoy yours... and be happy for others'. Personally, I believe everyone manages these comforts daily.... it's just that some are more diligent, or perhaps conscious, of it. To some... it is not a choice... just a matter of how they manage it...

My thoughts were quite precise and clear... yet, the very, very many words you use in most responses, are simply a deflection and avoidance. However articulate you may be, or in attempts to expound... it does not satisfy the simplicity of answering to accountability. It's a futile tactic of over-intellectualizing... and it fools no one. In it's continued insistance, it only becomes more disingenuous and convoluted. It is a "form" of lying... foremost to yourself... then to others. So, in that... all I (and others) are looking for are simple answers to, in this case, the questions of the original poster. It doesn't matter how old it is... it doesn't go away. I don't care about your realationship with Okie. I'm not interested in whether you're a pumper or not... and I'm not looking for any "intel" from you. Just accountability. Simple. Fewer words... more substantive information. In other words... owe up... and leave the "explanations" out. I wish you all the best in your future ability to communicate more respectfully, the clarity of which you believe you have.

Sans.... I thought the other Sansoucci was the evil twin?!!! Just kidding! (But really, why two profiles?) Anyway... eclipsing "protocol" here... might I suggest, even though it is inferred as your opinion... that perhaps we temper our thoughts a bit, not sounding so "absolute". I respect that you have clarity and resolve in your beliefs and are quite resolute... and you should be. BUT, as they are yours to share with us... it does not make them necessarily true... or absolute. I suggest to all that we reasonably and respectfully share with as much humility as we can. We all then, learn much more without the distractions of bad communication skills. Those of you who "know" me, know I have addressed this before... and made many friends, even with opposing ideologies, much less just opinions. I hope this will help.
