I think what they mean by delete the 3 zeros is from .00086 to .86 which would make each dinar worth .86, that's my opinion and I don't think it's gonna happen anytime soon. I think talkin to any banker is a complete waste of time and evergy, the only people that know anything about any possible RV are the powers that be in Iraq. Do you have a link to support that statement? I have been keeping up with him for awhile and don't recall him telling people to run out and buy smaller denoms to prevent being lopped. The way I understood his comments was that it may be a good idea to have some smalls because the CBI may RV low and give a specific time period to get the big bills in (60-90 days) and then possibly rv again to a higher rate.
