What ever gets a person a safe place to live..so as not to worry about an eviction or job layoff..reliable transportation should be able to be maintained for years to come..electricity in the place of Residence..water bills paid..garbage bills paid..then you have to factor in how you eat..shampoos,bathsoap,lawnmowers, gas for car and lawnmowers...lists is as long or as short as your life span is or will be..each person has to decide for themselves...

I was reading on SCGS.us today and it is newly posted that there is a 180--240 window for changing in the larger bills for smaller ones...and Im wondering if I do not exchange for smaller ones do I just pay taxes on the 25000 bill or will they not be valuable after 240 days?
