U r right, everyone is a student of something, at some point in life....but this is what bothers me....y is it, when someone comes out as if they have this super secret intel...they go extremly covert in the post.....how about this....y not come out the day before the rv happens and say something along the lines of, " hey, look forward tommorow", or just not post at all........ i get it....but is this dude going to get shot, if he post to an open forum....even then if, and a huge if, y would this persons even waste the time....do not misconstru, im all for a good read an all..but it gets crazy frustrating you know, to read the same thing over and over again.....people vouched for okie....and look where he is now....some where else selling snake oil.....i too have been in this investment for the long haul.....lets get real....again would be alright if there wasnt a sleuth of disclamers in the post....so is it to say....hey dont shoot the messanger but i heard from guy, who ive known for a long time thats directly connected to the dinar....but hey im no guru.....really..gtfoh.... Maybe its just me.....or my paranoia is acting again, or the fact that havent had my coffee yet.....regardless my brain gave me some red flags about this one but i do no think its wise to dial that number.....i mean if u wanted an accurate number of dinarians or a rough estimate of who is currently holding, why not put out there the above trifle, with some key words, and place this on a dinar site.....and see who calls and confirms?.....nope. Not doing it.

ive heard the same....something along the lines, to where the dinar is shipped to the treasury dept....then green lit from the treasury to the bank....

well i had my iraqi friend run downtown and cash out 1000 usd for dinar...and i recieved back 1180000 IQD...if it helps...

hopefully this squashes the beef....i can right now, this second...go to any mil finance office, and purchase 241000 iqd for 200 bucks. now on the day, the hour, the min, the second i am not able because of an actual, "oh snap this is not a drill", i will post that same info...

you know, not to argue i would have to disagree with you....only based on what ive seen....and not basing this on the country in itself....but from what ive seen Iraqis have been "commandeering" the essenstials since we strong armed iraq...food and what not....for example....our basic every day items are the tooth brush and toilet paper.....there basic.....a rag and a bottle of water...the bottle of water.....please use your imagination....well the point is...iraqis are super different...from americans....so what we hold near and dear is worthless to them.... now as far as the loot goes...come on now....yeah they get paid a little less...but that wouldnt be there only income....families come here to work....from fathers to sons to brothers....matter of fact a good chunk of the people who work on the fob were prior iraqi armed forces.... but to answer the question imo....i would imagine yeah...they would have a whole lot of cash..they are not getting rid of the dollar over here yeah, or should i say its still excepted.....they just take it to the exchange and trade it in for dinar.... besides does anyone remember what Sadam had with him when we found him?

So in all actuallity, even if you dont know what your doing, and you have a buddy tell you to buy up some iraqi dinar...then make it happen. then ask questions...i mean im not all that savy when it comes to currency, im more a stock exhange person, but i be d@mned if someone gives me a head nod and a foot stop, and not capitalize. dunno im just sayin.

Not because of nothing stupid like cut backs....but along the lines of the iraq was supposed to flip...but didnt due to the elections. for example some of the workers here only get 600 bucks USD a month....so they would get paid roughly 750000, so 750,000.00 IQD = 641.35453 USD roughly....and i pulled those number from XE.com, just for argument sake. *april 1 was pushed back to the end of the month of april, due to the elections. SO, end of the month, something to look forward to. *the 3 zeros will not be dropped off, well right away anyway...well until the first 1mil Iraqis, own 1 gold platted aston martin for each family... *lastly, the politics in iraq are not like they are in the US obviously....but the simplest thing will sway the price of the dinar....i.e...the mood of the political leader at the present time....i know right.....but here is the kicker....if in a bad mood, price of dinar goes up....good mood price of dinar goes down (yes sounds crazy...yes you've probably are sitting there scratching your head...because i did the same thing.... so to sum it all up...or from what i gather.....end of month should be somewhat big...relax on the 3 zeros, and if all it takes for the HDIC to wake up a little cranky, i would suggest that someone needs to be religiously ******* off that dude.....so i can hurry up and cash out... all in all, this is what i felt i want to share on the dinar rumors forum... if you dont like it, write your congress man, or if you insist on calling me on this, by all means, shoot me an email, and i will be more than happy to kick you a good dsn number so we can rap all in all, i hope everyone is well back home. That was very informative....im currently on the outskirts of baghdad, and out here the biggest thing here is agriculture...and from my understanding, once the economy gets back on its feet again, one of there major money makers will be the agriculture...not just oil.....jmo...

Hello all, im really new here, but been buying dinar, since ive been ive been in the *sand box*, since 04 when the dinar was uber cheap...but didnt due to alot of the old dinar had saddam's face was all over the place....but been purchasing dinar ever since the new one came out. Well i work with alot of Iraqi Nationals, and they were telling me that they were supposed to get paid, less dinar, for example instead of 75000, its either going to be dropped 7500 or 750. Now that is not to say that they are goin to drop the zeros, but along the lines of the dinar being worth more than the dollar. Well from my understanding my, they get paid buy L3, which isnt a gov organization but a civ gov employed company has to get hip with the times in order keep the nationals pay current. which means to me is that we should be ready to go and cash in our dinar right...and that was supposedly supposed to take place 1 April.....well with those nutty election, kinda put a hault on that little process.....well only till the end of the month or the end of april i should say......now i have no idea of the validity of all this because well one....im not iraqi....and two the iraqi would have better insight than i would....lol....but i figure i would share what i talk about with my guys....well besides teaching them how to talk slang....lol.... any who....for those of you deployed, hurry home and have safe return IN HOC SIGNO VINCES Baghdad
