  2. Muslim Terrorists Everyone seems to be wondering why Muslim terrorists are so quick to commit suicide...lets have a look at the evidence: - No Christmas - No television - No nude women - No football - No pork chops - No hot dogs - No burgers - No beer - No bacon - Rags for clothes - Towels for hats - Constant wailing from some idiot in a tower - More than one wife - More than one mother in law - You can’t shave - Your wife can’t shave - You can’t wash off the smell of donkey - You cook over burning camel shite - Your wife is picked by someone else for you - and your wife smells worse than your donkey Then they tell you...”when you die, it all gets better” Well no shite Sherlock!...it’s not like it could get much worse THE MUSLIMS ARE NOT HAPPY! They’re not happy in Gaza... They’re not happy in Egypt... They’re not happy in Libya... They’re not happy in Morocco... They’re not happy in Iran... They’re not happy in Iraq... They’re not happy in Yemen... They’re not happy in Afghanistan... They’re not happy in Pakistan... They’re not happy in Syria... They’re not happy in Lebanon... SO, WHERE ARE THEY HAPPY? They’re happy in Australia... They’re happy in Canada... They’re happy in England... They’re happy in France... They’re happy in Italy... They’re happy in Germany... They’re happy in Sweden... They’re happy in the USA... They’re happy in Norway... They’re happy in Holland... They’re happy in Denmark... Basically, they’re happy in every country that is not Muslim...and unhappy in every country that is! ...AND WHO DO THEY BLAME? Not Islam. Not their leadership. Not themselves. THEY BLAME THE COUNTRIES THEY ARE HAPPY IN! AND THEN... They want to change those countries to be like THE COUNTRY THEY CAME FROM WHERE THEY WERE UNHAPPY! Excuse me, but I can’t help wondering... How dang dumb can you get?
  3. My concern is not where he was born....... it is where he lives....
  4. BUMPER!!! I was really wanting to be incognito and here you go posting my house!!!
  5. What is so sad is that there shouldn't even have to be a law for this!! It should be a common every day thing to do like it used to be. After the first bell, the pledge of allegiance would come over the loud speaker and we would all proudly stand and cover our hearts. What has happened to this great U S of A????
  6. When I was in school I had wonderful teachers and by the way.... I didn't have a clue about there personal lives or opinions. They taught education not there agenda. Those were the educated ones. It's not my fault that as I grew older, I learned that they were conservatives. Not wanting to push any buttons here. I'm speaking real life. I can't help that this is how it is where I live. If it were the other way around I would still post about the facts. So very sad!!! 84 in my sons class and 41 graduated...... When I was in school, the staff worked very hard not to have one child flunk!!! Everyone in my class graduated!! My daughters class did a bit better.. 72 in her class and 47 graduated.
  7. This type of teaching is getting out of control! I will only speak facts not opinion on this. In our little school system it is more than 80% left. They started trying to brainwash my children at a very young age but because of me raising MY children in a way that they should never expect something for nothing and always pay it forward, and work hard for there money and freedom, they were unable to push there agenda on them. I was in the principles office many times and did not put up with how most of the teachers taught. I also know that many of the professors at the college jump on any chance to push there agenda as well. If it is so bad in my little town I know it has to be bad everywhere. The only thing that confuses me is that all my life in this area I have never experienced a conservative do the same. But of course I am only speaking for my neck of the woods. So so happy that my children are not subject to the school systems anymore!!
  8. Have you started the job that you just got? This is probably the last of the downers that will happen in your life now that you landed a 12,000 per month job. If you can hang in there until that big pay day, your problems will be solved! Hopefully soon you will be able to afford an attorney. Good luck to you, Carla
  9. Dem Drop Assault Weapons Ban in Bill ABC OTUS News – 5 mins ago An assault weapons ban won't be in the gun-control legislation that Democrats bring to the Senate floor next month, a decision that means the ban's chances of survival now are all but hopeless. The ban is the most controversial firearms restriction that President Barack Obama and other Democrats have pressed for since an assault-type weapon was used in the December massacre at an elementary school in Newtown, Conn. Rejection by Congress would be a major victory for the National Rifle Association and its supporters and a setback for Obama and the provision's sponsor, California Sen. Dianne Feinstein. In a tactical decision, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., concluded that including the prohibition in the gun bill would jeopardize the chances for passage of any firearms legislation at all, taking away votes that would be needed to overcome Republican attempts to block the Senate from even taking up the issue. "I very much regret it," Feinstein said Tuesday of the choice that Reid told her he had made. "I tried my best. But my best, I guess, wasn't good enough." Feinstein's proposal to prohibit military-style weapons will still get a vote as an amendment to the gun legislation that Democrats debate. But she is all but certain to need 60 votes from the 100-member Senate to prevail, and she faces solid Republican opposition as well as likely defections from some Democrats. Reid told reporters that "using the most optimistic numbers," there were less than 40 votes for Feinstein's ban. That is far less than the 60 votes needed to move contested legislation in the chamber, which has 53 Democrats plus two independents who usually back them. "I'm not going to try to put something on the floor that won't succeed. I want something that will succeed. I think the worst of all worlds would be to bring something to the floor and it dies there," Reid said. Because of the opposition the ban has prompted, its exclusion from the initial package the Senate considers had been expected as a way for Democrats to amass the strongest possible vote for the overall legislation. Having a separate vote on assault weapons might free moderate Democratic senators facing re-election in Republican-leaning states next year to vote against the assault weapons measure, but then support the remaining overall package of gun curbs. Gun-control supporters also consider a strong Senate vote on an overall bill important because it could put pressure on the Republican-run House, whose leaders have shown little enthusiasm for most of Obama's proposals. Foes of Feinstein's proposal call it a gun grab to take firearms from law-abiding citizens with minimal impact on gun violence. Feinstein and other supporters say limits are needed on the firepower available to people who might make attacks such as the Newtown shootings, which police say involved an assault-type weapon. Mark Barden, whose 7-year-old son Daniel was killed at Sandy Hook Elementary School, said he hoped an assault weapons ban would pass eventually. "We're still very happy with the progress that's been made," he said. "Hopefully what is stripped away will return as an amendment." Two new state laws to limit ammunition magazines and expand required background checks are to be signed Wednesday by Democratic Gov. John Hickenlooper in Colorado, site of another mass shooting last year at a movie theater in Aurora. Gun-control advocates expressed little surprise over the decision to keep assault weapons out of the initial federal bill. "If their view is that the assault weapons ban is tougher sledding, we respect that," said Mark Glaze, director of Mayors Against Illegal Guns, which represents hundreds of U.S. mayors seeking gun curbs. He said his group wants Reid's bill to be focused on expanding required background checks for gun buyers, a provision that he called "the biggest policy fix" that could be made. The NRA's chief lobbyist, Chris W. Cox, said in a written statement, "History has proven that a senseless ban of firearms based on cosmetic features will not make our communities safer. Congress should reject this so-called 'assault weapons ban' whether it is offered as a stand-alone bill or as an amendment." Cox reiterated his organization's preference to focus on school safety, mental health and better enforcement of existing laws. Said Feinstein: "That's the problem with this place. The gun lobby is inordinately powerful." She was an author of the 1994 assault weapons ban that Congress failed to renew after a decade. Her provision would ban semi-automatic weapons — guns that fire one round and automatically reload — that can take a detachable magazine and have at least one military feature such as a pistol grip. It would specifically prohibit 157 weapons. It also would ban ammunition magazines carrying more than 10 rounds — another factor in some of the nation's recent mass killings. It would exempt any weapons that were legally owned whenever the bill was enacted. Also exempted would be 2,258 rifles and shotguns that are frequently used by hunters. The Senate Judiciary Committee approved four gun-control measures this month, including Feinstein's. The others would expand required federal background checks for firearms buyers, increase federal penalties for illegal gun trafficking and boost school safety money. Reid said he has not decided which measures would be included in the base bill he brings to the Senate floor. Democratic aides and lobbyists say the trafficking and school safety measures are likely candidates because each passed the Judiciary panel with some bipartisan support. It is unclear how Reid will handle the background check measure. Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., chief author of that provision, is trying to find a Republican willing to reach compromise on his plan. The version that passed the Judiciary Committee had no GOP support and would allow almost no exceptions to gun sales for which background checks would be needed. They are currently required only for sales by federally licensed gun dealers. Feinstein said Reid told her there would be separate votes on two measures. One would be on her bill, including the bans on assault weapons and high-capacity magazines, the second just on prohibiting the magazines. Many Democrats think the ban on large-capacity magazines has a better chance of getting 60 votes than the assault weapons ban. White House chief of staff Denis McDonough said Obama is not giving up on the assault weapons ban being added as an amendment. "We're going to work on this," McDonough said in an appearance on CNN. "We're going to find the votes. It deserves a vote." ——— Associated Press writers Richard Lardner and Nedra Pickler in Washington and Mike Melia in Hartford, Conn., contributed to this report. http://news.yahoo.com/assault-weapons-ban-wont-dems-gun-bill-175804697.html
  10. Iraq to Invest $130 Billion in Upstream Oil Sector Over 5 Years By Kadhim Ajrash - Mar 16, 2013 2:50 AM PT Iraq, the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries’ second-largest producer, is boosting output and upgrading energy facilities hobbled by decades of war and economic sanctions. Production swelled by 24 percent last year, and Iraq overtook Iran in June to become the biggest producer after Saudi Arabia in OPEC. Iraqi output rose 6 percent to 3.14 million barrels a day in February, up from 2.97 million barrels the previous month, according to the the Paris-based International Energy Agency. This was the first time in two months that it exceeded 3 million barrels a day, mostly as a result of increased tanker exports from Basrah in southern Iraq, the agency said. The nation’s oil exports in February reached 2.54 million barrels a day, al-Luaibi said. Production from Iraq’s Majnoon oilfield will reach 100,000 barrels a day in May and 200,000 daily by the end of the year, he said. Iraq holds the world’s fifth-biggest crude reserves, according to BP Plc (BP/) statistics that include Canada’s oil sands. 11. UPDATE 4-U.S. to bolster missile defenses to counter N.Korea threat -Hagel * North Korea made nuclear strike threat last week * Experts believe Pyongyang years away from strike capability * Hagel says United States needs to stay ahead of threat (Adds reaction from Asia) By Phil Stewart and David Alexander WASHINGTON, March 15 (Reuters) - U.S. Defense Secretary Chuck Hagel announced plans on Friday to bolster U.S. missile defenses in response to "irresponsible and reckless provocations" by North Korea, which threatened a preemptive nuclear strike against the United States last week. Hagel said the Pentagon would add 14 new anti-missile interceptors at Fort Greely in Alaska - an effective reversal of an early Obama administration decision - and move ahead with the deployment of a second missile-defense radar in Japan. The Pentagon also left open the possibility of creating a site on the U.S. East Coast where the Pentagon could field more interceptors capable of striking down an incoming missile. The 14 additional interceptor deployments would cost nearly $1 billion and must be approved by Congress. "By taking the steps I outlined today we will strengthen our homeland defense, maintain our commitments to our allies and partners, and make clear to the world that the United States stands firm against aggression," Hagel told a news conference. North Korea issued its threat last week to stage a preemptive nuclear attack against the United States as the United Nations readied new sanctions against Pyongyang in response to its Feb. 12 nuclear test, the country's third. Experts say North Korea is years away from being able to hit the continental United States with a nuclear weapon, despite having worked for decades to achieve a nuclear capability. But Hagel said the moves announced by the Pentagon were justified to stay ahead of the threat, underscored by the nuclear test and a December rocket launch that analysts believe was aimed at developing technology for an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM). Hagel also cited North Korea's display last April of what appeared to be a road-mobile ICBM. The Pentagon said the United States had informed China, North Korea's neighbor and closest ally, of its decision to add more interceptors but declined to characterize Beijing's reaction. China has expressed unease at previous U.S. plans for missile defense systems, as well as sales of such systems to Taiwan and Japan, viewing it as part of Washington's attempt to "encircle" and contain China despite U.S. efforts to ease Chinese fears. China has responded by developing an anti-missile system of its own, announcing the latest successful test in January. U.S. SAYS SYSTEMS NOT AIMED AT CHINA OR RUSSIA U.S. officials say its missile defense systems are not designed to counter the large number of ICBMs in arsenals in China or Russia and are focused instead on the threat from North Korea or, potentially, Iran. Friday's announcement came with a key caveat - the Pentagon said it would only buy the extra interceptors if they perform appropriately in tests. The interceptors in question have not hit a target since 2008, a defense official said. Boeing Co. is the prime contractor of the system. Key Boeing subcontractors include Raytheon Co., which makes the kill vehicle, and Orbital Sciences Corp, which makes the rocket booster. Admiral James Winnefeld, vice chairman of the U.S. military's Joint Chiefs of Staff, expressed confidence in the missiles and said he believed the steps taken by the United States would make North Korea's young leader, Kim Jung-un, think twice before acting on bellicose rhetoric. "We not only intend to put the mechanics in place to deny any potential North Korean objective to launch a missile to the United States, but also to impose costs on them if they do," he told reporters. "And we believe that this young lad ought to be deterred by that. And if he's not, we'll be ready." Lee Jong-won, an expert on North Korea at Japan's Waseda University, said the planned missile deployment could trigger unpredictable behavior from Pyongyang. "With the measures the United States has announced, the North is likely to object even more ... The North's objections could escalate," Lee said. The addition of another 14 interceptors amounts to a reversal of an Obama administration decision in 2010 to stop expansion of the missile interceptor system at 30. The Bush administration had planned to deploy a total of 44. The United States currently has 26 interceptors deployed at Fort Greely and four at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California. Congressman Mike Turner, chairman of the House Armed Services Subcommittee on Tactical Air and Land Forces, said the Obama administration had began "to realize the shortcomings of its missile defense strategy." "Now that the administration has decided to see clearly, America can get back on the right course," Howard McKeon, chairman of the House Armed Services Committee, said in a statement, lamenting lost time and resources. In a sign of fiscal pressures facing the Pentagon, U.S. officials acknowledged they were also forgoing development of a new anti-missile interceptor that would have been deployed in Europe. They said European defense would be unaffected. Officials said the United States would move forward with congressionally mandated environmental impact studies for alternative sites in the United States for deploying additional ground-based interceptors, if needed. Winnefeld said locations on the East Coast were being considered but declined to offer details. "We're still looking at sites," he said.
