There's still a little over a month left for Article 8 compliance demands by the WTO and UN...Just last week the CBI was allowed to finance the private sector and the e-cards goin' out this week with the ISX all kickin' off...It would seem the CBI would want to have as much in place as possible to avoid confusion when the RV goes international...Iraq and the CBI would probably want to have the domestic part of the finance equation solved before the world has a chance to contribute to the economic transition....
