The media advisor to Prime Minister Ali al-Moussawi said the decision to return U.S. forces to Iraq again is linked to the desire of any external party, but it is an Iraqi decision. The United States officially ended military presence in Iraq in December of last year under the agreement signed between Baghdad and Washington in 2008, after nine years of its toppling of Saddam Hussein. For his part, did not rule out the MP for the coalition in Iraq Hamid al-Mutlaq, the possibility of the return of U.S. troops to Iraq in the future, saying that "Americans have Athjajon Iranian danger and its impact on Iraq to return again." In the view of the Kurdistan Alliance MP Shawn Mohamed Taha said the confusion of the Iraqi political scene and the continuing differences between the political forces that would allow for outside parties to intervene in Iraqi affairs, calling for the need for everyone to unite in order to resolve outstanding issues and cut the road in front of foreign interventions.
