BREAKING NEWS Nijaifi’s visit to Sulaymaniya postponed until Tuesday

Baghdad (NINA) – Parliament’s Secretary, Mohammed al-Khalidi, said that the visit of Parliament Speaker, Usama al-Nijaifi, to Sulaymaniya has been postponed until Tuesday morning.

In a statement to NINA, Khalid said, “The visit has been postponed because the plane that was supposed to take Nijaifi has a technical defect.”

Speaker of Parliament was scheduled to arrive in Sulaymaniya on Monday afternoon to meet with President Jalal Talabani and with the head of Kurdistan region, Massoud Barazani, to discuss the current political crisis. / End.
