People claiming they have inside contacts and their friends work in these banks, that's all crap. Think about it. These are international businesses that involves Governments, do you really think they will have people risking their jobs to talk with people about this information? i bet if everyone starts talking about a 8+ rate, all their intel will start saying that the banks have confermed a 8+ rate.

none of these people ever claimed .86 untill a few weeks ago with all that droppen the 3 zeros in front of the values thing, now all of a sudden they say banks are conferming .86 rate, when just weeks ago they said banks were conferming the 2.49 rate, and before that, it was the 1.49 rate. they are only telling you what you want to here.
