Nancy Ajram in Erbil- ready for music concert

ERBIL, Dec. 22 (AKnews) – Lebanese super star Nancy Ajram has arrived in Erbil, the capital of Iraq’ semi-autonomous region, and is ready the much awaited music ceremony this evening.

Ajram landed in Erbil Airport. Her Erbil visit is the first such visit to the whole of Iraq where she will hold a music concert jointly with her citizen artist Khalid Salman in Galaxy Hall in Ainkawa town, just on the suburbs of Erbil city, at 08:30 pm local time (0500 GMT).

Hundreds of fans of the Lebanese artist are waiting for her in front of Lebanon’s renowned Rotana Hotel in Erbil city, where she will be staying during her stay in Kurdistan, to be allowed to see the singer.

Ajram said in a press conference that she was very impressed to see such wide audience in Erbil city and that she had plans for a song dedicated to Iraqi children.
