June 16, 2011, US SUPREME COURT RULING REINSTATES INDIVIDUAL SOVEREIGNTY 2/2

On June 16, 2011, the US Supreme Court overturned a US Court of Appeal ruling;

and, believe it or not, reasserted not only State sovereignty but individual sovereignty as well.

And we thought the government was going to hell in a hand basket!

This unanimous decision, as I see it, is a major turning point, a visible

shift in consciousness of the ruling elite. All things are possible.

Watch for miraculous reversals in the remainder of this 9th wave.

Sure glad you posted this. This is wonderful. Hope to see more rulings of this nature. Thanks for posting.

The Federal Government has taken too much power from the states, unconstitutionally and it is pass time to see it given back.

I am astounded.

For years I have been saying that the States and Individuals are superior to the Federal government, Constitutionally speaking, though the Federal government likes to present itself as being over all as some kind of king, totally and absolutely in control of everything.

I have been saying that a County Sheriff has a authority to kick any Federal Agent's butt out of his county. And I think it was a South Dakota Sheriff who once did this some years ago. But Sheriffs, these days, obviously have no clue and tend to cower to any Agent who appears in their office and does whatever they tell him to do.

THIS ruling should be used to regain our freedoms, broad and wide. It should be immediately used against the TSA in court. It should applied to the right to bear arms, where no law should limit this right in the slightest way shape or form.

ANYONE that alive that suffered a loss in Waco should use it to sue the United States and recover damages.

And there are innumerable other possible usages of this ruling. I just give the above for example.

As Judge Napolitano sais, he can think of several judges who would love to get involved in that..

We need to write our Congressmen, and tell them what we think.

It has been made simple for us. Right? Left? It doesn't matter! All of the answers are in the Constitution. Kind of makes you feel like our forefathers saw what could happen and covered all of the bases. Good for the court and better for the citizens!
