Municipality of Baghdad is preparing to erect a new giant TV screens again in the capital Baghdad

A statement by the Baghdad Municipality received by all of Iraq [where] on Wednesday, a copy of "The Director of the Department of Electricity and decorations Ali Hamid Mrzuk confirmed that he will be during the next few days, set up a television screen a new giant in the boycotted municipal governance and the other in the city of the torch."

I've heard this before. If they are putting these up (and I've seen no pictures)...then it isn't for the precious. I think it's a great way to get news to folks over there, many of whom are not literate. Maybe in the future they will be in 3D.

One thing about Ramadan that I have heard several times from people that have lived in the ME, is that Ramadan is a personal, introspective time, and not a group activity. it is a time of giving and sharing. Just a thought.....
