My commentson the articles reveal the true, unsuspected, underlying, deep-seated cause ofthe world crisis and the moral and spiritual decline of our modern civilization.Also revealed is how to reverse the downward course and build a peaceful,healthy, happy, prosperous, incorruptible, indestructible, enduringcivilization.

“I make theeffort to share this information because it gives me, at last, a plausibleanswer to a long-unanswered question: Why, no matter how much intelligentgoodwill exists in the world, are there so many wars and so much suffering andinjustice? It doesn’t seem to matter what creative plan, ideology, religion, orphilosophy great minds come up with, nothing seems to improve our lot.

“Since thedawn of civilization, said pattern repeats itself over and over again. Theanswer is that civilization, as we know it, is largely the creation ofpsychopaths. All civilizations, our own included, have been built on slaveryand mass murder.

Psychopathshave played a disproportionate role in the development of civilization, becausethey are hard-wired to lie, kill, cheat, steal, torture, manipulate, andgenerally inflict great suffering on other humans without feeling any remorse,in order to establish their own sense of security through domination.

The inventor of civilization – the first tribalchieftain who successfully brainwashed an army of controlled mass murderers –was almost certainly a genetic psychopath. Since that momentous discovery,psychopaths have enjoyed a significant advantage over non-psychopaths in thestruggle for power in civilization hierarchies – especially militaryhierarchies.”

Behind theapparent insanity of contemporary history, is the actual insanity ofpsychopaths fighting to preserve their disproportionate power. And as theirpower grows ever-more-threatened, the psychopaths grow ever-more-desperate. Weare witnessing the apotheosis of the overworld – the overlapping criminalsyndicates that lurk above ordinary society and law just as the underworldlurks below it.

During thepast fifty years, psychopaths have gained almost absolute control of all thebranches of government. You can notice this if you observe carefully that nomatter what illegal thing a modern politician does, no one will really take himto task. All of the so called scandals that have come up, any one of whichwould have taken down an authentic administration, are just farces played outfor the public, to distract them, to make them think that the democracy isstill working.

One of themain factors to consider in terms of how a society can be taken over by a groupof pathological deviants is that the psychopaths’ only limitation is theparticipation of susceptible individuals within that given society. Lobaczewskigives an average figure for the most active deviants of approximately 6% of agiven population (1% essential psychopaths and up to 5% other psychopathies andcharacteropathies). The essential psychopath is at the center of the web. Theothers form the first tier of the psychopath’s control system.

The nexttier of such a system is composed of individuals who were born normal, but areeither already warped by long-term exposure to psychopathic material viafamilial or social influences, or who, through psychic weakness have chosen tomeet the demands of psychopathy for their own selfish ends. Numerically,according to Lobachevski, this group is about 12% of a given population undernormal conditions.

So,approximately 18% of any given population is active in the creation andimposition of a Pathocracy. The 6% group constitutes the Pathocratic nobilityand the 12% group forms the new bourgeoisie, whose economic situation is themost advantageous.

When youunderstand the true nature of psychopathic influence, that it isconscienceless, emotionless, selfish, cold and calculating, and devoid of anymoral or ethical standards, you are horrified, but at the same time everythingsuddenly begins to makes sense. Our society is ever more soulless because thepeople who lead it and who set the example are soulless – they literally haveno conscience.

In his bookPolitical Ponerology, Andrej Lobachevski explains that clinical psychopathsenjoy advantages even in non-violent competitions to climb the ranks of socialhierarchies.

Because psychopathslie without remorse—and without the telltale physiological stress which is measured by liedetector tests—psychopathscan always say whatever is necessary to get what they want. In court, forexample, psychopaths can tell extreme bald-faced lies in a plausible manner,while their sane opponents are handicapped by an emotional predisposition toremain within hailing distance of the truth. Too often, the judge or juryimagines that the truth must be somewhere in the middle, and then issuesdecisions that benefit the psychopath.

What is trueregarding judges and juries is also true about those charged with decisionsconcerning who to promote and who not to promote in corporate, military andgovernmental hierarchies. The result is that all hierarchies inevitably becometop-heavy with psychopaths. Since psychopaths have no limitations on what theycan or will do to get to the top, the ones in charge are generallypathological. It is not power that corrupts, it is that corrupt individualsseek power.

How can wedistinguish between psychopaths and healthy people? What is the portrait of atrue psychopath?

Such adangerous question has almost never been successfully asked. The reason isbecause we mistakenly confuse healthy for normal. Human psychological diversityis the health of our race. There is no normal because healthy humanscontinuously evolve beyond all normalizing standards. The terrorism ofsearching through hierarchies for anyone deviating from normal is no differentfrom witch hunts or Inquisitions. You must remember that hierarchies thrive onsuch low dramas, torturing victims until they confess to evil beliefs. Not solong ago the church and state continuously acquired significant income andproperty through witch hunts and Inquisitions. This continued for over twohundred and fifty years. Ten generations of Europeans understood pogrom asnormal life. Let us not return to that nightmare. Testing for normal isguaranteed to backfire in our face. There is no normal. But there isconscience.”

We have verylittle empirical evidence to support the idea that true psychopathy is theresult of an abused childhood, and much empirical evidence to support that itis genetic. The neurobiological model offers us the greatest hope of being ableto identify even the most devious psychopath. Other recent studies lead tosimilar results and conclusions: that psychopaths have great difficultyprocessing verbal and nonverbal affective (emotional) material, that they tendto confuse the emotional significance of events, and most importantly, thatthese deficits show up in brain scans! A missing internal connection betweenthe feeling heart and the thinking brain is detectable.

Psychopathsare incapable of authentic deep emotions. In fact, when Robert Hare, a Canadianpsychologist who spent his career studying psychopathy, did brain scans onpsychopaths while showing them two sets of words, one set of neutral words withno emotional associations and a second set with emotionally charged words,while different areas of the brain lit up in the non-psychopathic controlgroup, in the psychopaths, both sets were processed in the same area of thebrain, the area that deals with language. They did not have an emotionalreaction until they intellectually concluded that it would be better if theyhad one, and then they whipped up an emotional response just for show.

Thesimplest, clearest and truest portrait of the psychopath is given in the titlesof three seminal works on the subject: “WithoutConscience” by Robert Hare, “The Maskof Sanity” by Hervey Cleckley, and “Snakesin Suits” by Robert Hare and Paul Babiak. A psychopath is exactly that:conscienceless. The most important thing to remember is that this lack ofconscience is hidden from view behind a mask of normality that is often soconvincing that even experts are deceived. As a result, psychopaths become the Snakesin Suits that control our world.

Psychopathslack a sense of remorse or empathy with others. They can be extremely charmingand are experts at using talk to charm and hypnotize their prey. They are alsoirresponsible. Nothing is ever their fault; someone else or the world at largeis always to blame for all of their problems or their mistakes. Martha Stout,in her book The Sociopath Next Door, identifies what she calls the pity ploy.Psychopaths use pity to manipulate. They convince you to give them one morechance, and to not tell anyone about what they have done. So another trait –and a very important one – is their ability to control the flow of information.

Psychopaths alsoseem to have little real conception of past or future, living entirely for theirimmediate needs and desires. Because of the barren quality of their inner life,they are often seeking new thrills, anything from feeling the power ofmanipulating others to engaging in illegal activities simply for the rush ofadrenaline.

Another traitof the psychopath is what Lobachevski calls their special psychologicalknowledge of normal people. They have studied us. They know us better than weknow ourselves. They are experts in knowing how to push our buttons, to use ouremotions against us. But beyond that, they even seem to have some sort ofhypnotic power over us. When we begin to get caught up in the web of thepsychopath, our ability to think deteriorates gets muddied. They seem to castsome sort of spell over us. It is only later when we are no longer in theirpresence, out of their spell, that the clarity of thought returns and we findourselves wondering how it was that we were unable to respond or counter whatthey were doing.

Psychopathslearn to recognize each other in a crowd as early as childhood, and theydevelop an awareness of the existence of other individuals similar tothemselves. They also become conscious of being of a different world from themajority of other people surrounding them. They view us from a certaindistance.

Think aboutthe ramifications of this statement: Psychopaths are, to some extent,self-aware as a group even in childhood! Recognizing their fundamentaldifference from the rest of humanity, their allegiance would be to others oftheir kind, that is, to other psychopaths.

Their owntwisted sense of honor compels them to cheat and revile non-psychopaths andtheir values. In contradiction to the ideals of normal people, psychopaths feelbreaking promises and agreements is normal behavior.

Not only dothey covet possessions and power and feel they have the right to them justbecause they exist and can take them, but they gain special pleasure inusurping and taking from others; what they can plagiarize, swindle, and extortare fruits far sweeter than those they can earn through honest labor. They alsolearn very early how their personalities can have traumatizing effects on thepersonalities of non-psychopaths, and how to take advantage of this root ofterror for purposes of achieving their goals.

So now,imagine how human beings who are totally in the dark about the presence ofpsychopaths can be easily deceived and manipulated by these individuals,gaining power in different countries, pretending to be loyal to the localpopulations while at the same time playing up obvious and easily discerniblephysical differences between groups (such as race, skin color, religion, etc).Psychologically normal humans would be set against one another on the basis ofunimportant differences (think of Rwanda 1994, think of Israelis andPalestinians) while the deviants in power, with a fundamental difference fromthe rest of us, a lack of conscience, an inability to feel for another humanbeing, reaped the benefits and pulled the strings.

We areseeing the final desperate power-grab or endgame of brutal, cunning gangs ofCIA drug-runners and President-killers; money-laundering international bankersand their hit-men – economic and otherwise; corrupt military contractors andgung-ho generals; corporate predators and their political enablers;brainwashers and mind-rapists euphemistically known as psy-ops and PRspecialists – in short, the whole crew of certifiable psychopaths running ourso-called civilization. And they are running scared.

Why does thePathocracy fear it is losing control? It is because it is threatened by thespread of knowledge. The greatest fear of any psychopath is of being found out.

Psychopathsgo through life knowing that they are completely different from other people.Deep down they know something is missing in them. They quickly learn to hidetheir lack of empathy, while carefully studying others’ emotions so as to mimicnormalcy while cold-bloodedly manipulating those who are normal.

Today,thanks to new information technologies, we are on the brink of unmasking thepsychopaths and building a civilization of, by and for the healthy human being– a civilization without war, a civilization based on truth, a civilization inwhich the saintly few rather than the diabolical few would gravitate topositions of power. We already have the knowledge necessary to diagnosepsychopathic personalities and keep them out of power. We have the knowledgenecessary to dismantle the institutions in which psychopaths especiallyflourish – militaries, intelligence agencies, large corporations, and secretsocieties. We simply need to disseminate this knowledge, and the will to useit, as widely and as quickly as possible.

Until theknowledge and awareness of pathological human beings is given the attention itdeserves and becomes part of the general knowledge of all human beings, thereis no way that things can be changed in any way that is effective andlong-lasting. If half the people agitating for truth or stopping the war orsaving the earth would focus their efforts, time and money on exposingpsychopathy, we might get somewhere.

One mightask if the weak point of our society has been our tolerance of psychopathicbehavior, or is it our disbelief that someone could seem like an intelligentleader and still be acting deceptively, without conscience, for his ownbenefit, or is it merely ignorance.

If thegeneral voting public is not aware that there exists a category of people wesometimes perceive as almost human, who look like us, who work with us, who arefound in every race, every culture, speaking every language, but who arelacking conscience, how can the general public take care to block them fromtaking over the hierarchies? General ignorance of psychopathology may prove tobe the downfall of civilization. We stand by like grazing sheep aspolitical/corporate elites throw armies of our innocent sons and daughtersagainst fabricated enemies as a way of generating trillions in profits, vyingagainst each other for pathological hegemony.

Nearlyeveryone who has been part of an organization working for social change hasprobably seen the same dynamic play out: The good and sincere work of many canbe destroyed by the actions of one person. That doesn’t bode well for bringingsome sort of justice to the planet! In fact, if psychopaths dominate politicalhierarchies, is it any wonder that peaceful demonstrations have zero impact onthe outcome of political decisions? Perhaps it is time to choose somethingother than massive, distant hierarchies as a way of governing ourselves?

So many effortsto provide essays, research reports, exposés and books to leaders so they mighttake the new information to heart and change their behavior have come tonaught. For example, in the final paragraph of his revised edition of the book,The Party’s Over, Richard Heinberg writes:

I stillbelieve that if the people of the world can be helped to understand thesituation we are in, the options available, and the consequences of the path weare currently on, then it is at least possible that they can be persuaded toundertake the considerable effort and sacrifice that will be entailed in apeaceful transition to a sustainable, locally based, decentralized, low-energy,resource-conserving social regime. But inspired leadership will be required.

And that isthe just-murdered fantasy. There are no inspired leaders anymore. And inhierarchical structures there can’t be. Assuming that you can elect men orwomen to office who will see reason and the light of day, and who will changeand learn and grow, make compassionate decisions and take conscientiousactions… is a foolish, childish dream. Continuing to dream it simply plays intopsychopathic agendas.

Only whenthe 75% of humanity with a healthy conscience come to understand that we have anatural predator, a group of people who live amongst us, viewing us aspowerless victims to be freely fed upon for achieving their inhuman ends, onlythen will we take the fierce and immediate actions needed to defend what ispreciously human. Psychological deviants have to be removed from any positionof power over people of conscience, period. People must be made aware that suchindividuals exist and must learn how to spot them and their manipulations. Thehard part is that one must also struggle against those tendencies to mercy andkindness in oneself in order not to become prey.

The realproblem is that the knowledge of psychopathy and how psychopaths rule the worldhas been effectively hidden. People do not have the adequate, nuanced knowledgethey need to really make a change from the bottom up. Again and again,throughout history it has been meet the new boss, same as the old boss. Ifthere is any work that is deserving of full time efforts and devotion for thesake of helping humanity in this present dark time, it is the study ofpsychopathy and the propagation of this information as far and wide and fast aspossible.

There areonly two things that can bring a psychopath under submission:

1. A biggerpsychopath.

2. Thenon-violent, absolute refusal to submit to psychopathic controls no matter theconsequences (non-violent noncompliance).

Let uschoose path 2! If individuals simply sat down and refused to lift a hand tofurther one single aim of the psychopathic agenda, if people refused to paytaxes, if soldiers refused to fight, if government workers and corporate dronesand prison guards refused to go to work, if doctors refused to treatpsychopathic elites and their families, the whole system would grind to ascreeching halt.

A trulyoutstanding article and exposé of the psychopathic mind and personality; I urgeall intelligent forward-thinking individuals to read and study the article andthe recommended books, and share the articles and books with as many people aspossible.

The onething that is missing from the article is an explanation as to how and whypsychopaths have incarnated into our world in past and present civilizations.

This brief comment,based on inexorable spiritual laws and principles, will address that question.The article that follows is an excerpt from the book this commentator iswriting, “The Secrets and Mysteries of Loveand Sex in the Rise and Fall of Civilizations”

At theheight of advanced civilizations men and women were self-governed. Conscience(the Conscious Guiding Light of Intelligence, pure Love, rightness and reasonand wisdom and justice guided and governed their lives and their actions.Procreation was a sacred act of genuine love performed at certain seasons. Lovebetween a man and a woman was based on an enduring deep emotional, mental andspiritual bond.

A deeplyintimate mental and spiritual relationship existed between parents to be andthe being that was awaiting the opportunity to incarnate through their sacredloving and sacramental union.

Prior toconception the man and woman prepared themselves physically, psychically,mentally and spiritually. Physical preparations included strict chastity for 13lunar months (a solar year) to ensure that the seed (sperm) and soil (ova) wereinfused with maximum universal life force (chi). To strengthen their bodies andgerm cells only wholesome foods and beverages were consumed that had thehighest concentration of chi.

Psychic,mental and spiritual preparations prior to conception included daily meditationto harmonize their feelings and desires and their communion with the beingpreparing to incarnate. Certain practices were also engaged in, which wouldensure self-control. They considered preparation for the advent of the birth tobe a solemn and sacred event and trust. They knew that they were about tore-enact the history of creation and that they themselves were acting asco-creators of new life in the august presence of the Universal One (the GreatLegislator of the Universe). They knew that the invisible germ from the worldof the soul is the idea of the archetypal design according to which thephysical body was to be built; that the seed of the man and the soil of thewoman were the active and passive forces of nature, which build the bodyaccording to the design of the invisible germ.

After thenecessary purification and training of body and mind, at the proper time andseason suited for and indicated by the being to incarnate, the man and womanperformed the copulative sacramental union. When the invisible germ came fromits place in the world of the soul and passed through the flame-breath of theunited pair and entered the womb, it united the two germs of the pair, andnature began her wondrous work of creation.

That was theway it was in past civilizations when rightness and reason, coupled withConscious Light and pure Love, ruled humankind. Great, spiritually aware, noblebeings were the fruit of those sacred unions. They built the once exaltedcivilizations of past ages. It is not so now. Unbridled sexual lust,licentiousness, promiscuity and sordid, unnatural sexual practices are indulgedin without thought of the malevolent psychopaths that are enabled to incarnateas a result of conception out of season.

There aremany psychopathic entities on the form plane awaiting an opportunity toincarnate who are bared from incarnating by means of normal conception, as theyhave forsworn their humanity and are without conscience. They have becomeseparated from love and the Guiding Light of the Intelligence as a consequenceof lifetimes of perpetrating cruel and violent crimes against humanity. Theycan incarnate only if conception occurs out of season, i.e. duringmenstruation, under the influence of mind altering drugs and narcotics andcertain satanic rituals, rites and practices. They are barred from incarnatingthrough normal conception until such a time as they have been purged of thedarkness in their hearts, minds and souls, their conscience has been restored,and they have once again been endowed by their Parent Creator with theConscious Guiding Light of Intelligence.

During theiradolescent years, beings that incarnate as a result of conception occurring outof season generally reveal their psychopathic personalities at an earlyage. They take pleasure in being meanand bullying other children and in hurting and torturing animals. Some killanimals and even people without remorse or regret; they live only to gratifytheir distorted senses and perverted passions and appetites. They find pleasurein exploiting and abusing others; some become serial killers, killing withoutremorse. None produce values of any kind for society during the entire courseof their lives.

Psychopathsseek to gain power over and to control others; they take pleasure in causingpeople (especially women and children) pain, suffering and abuse. There arenumerous examples of violent power-mad psychopaths’ throughout history. As inpast civilizations, legions of psychopaths are embodied in the world today.

Psychopathstypically seek out and engage in occupations that enable them to powerfullyinfluence the psyches and minds of the public at large; examples includeentertainment, politics, education and religion.

As thepreceding articles have so courageously and clearly explained, psychopaths holdprominent positions of power and influence in virtually every country,institution, organization and government in our modern society; they are thewar mongers and barbarians in society that perpetrate heinous and unthinkablecrimes against humanity and Mother Earth; they are determined to rule the worldand make humankind subservient to their twisted desires, and slaves in theirdistorted matrix.

As expressedin “The Twilight of the Psychopaths”,by Dr. Kevin Barrett, in “The Trick ofthe Psychopath’s Trade”, by Silvia Cattori, and in the preceding and followingcomments by this writer, it can readily be understood why humankind isconfronted by a multi-faceted world crisis which threatens the survival of theentire human race. The articles clearly explain why war, crime, corruption andman’s never-ending inhumanity to man has been running rampant in our worldsince the dawn of civilization.

It is theopinion of this commentator, as stated in his book “The Sacred Science and Mysteriesof Love and Sex in the Rise and Fall of Civilizations”, which heis currently writing, that the unsuspected, underlying, deep-seated root causeof the world crisis and virtually all of the vexing problems and illsafflicting humankind and society.

Wars,crimes, human conflicts, poverty, suffering, illnesses and diseases of everykind, premature aging and death are the result of the misuse and abuse ofsexual energy (the universal life force), the greatest and most sacrosanctpower human beings have been endowed and entrusted with by their Maker.

Due to themisuse and abuse of sexual energy, humanity is confronted by a world crisiscomparable to the crisis that destroyed Atlantis. Great numbers of Atlantis’spopulation became separated from rightness and reason and from the Creator'sInfinite Love and immaculate conscious Guiding Light (the Inner Voice ofConscience). As a consequence they were without conscience, unable todistinguish right from wrong.

Sexualperversions and wanton sexuality, sodomy and bestiality ultimately brought onthe demise of Atlantis. Our modern civilization is following the same course ofsexual perversions, debauchery, degeneration and devolution that destroyedAtlantis and other past civilizations. Unless humanity awakens from its noeticnight and reverses its present downward course our modern civilization willalso be destroyed.

Humankindhas less than four years to awaken from its noetic night; if it is notaccomplished our present civilization will continue to retrogress into anotherdark age from which it will not and cannot recover, ultimately meeting the samefate as Atlantis and all other preceding civilizations.

There aremany thousands of highly evolved* beings on the form plane who are ready tore-exist, awaiting the opportunity to embody through the union of spirituallyevolved couples; they have lived virtuous lives over many lifetimes and as aconsequence have learned and mastered many lessons; they have achieved highstates of awareness as a result of virtuous living in previous incarnations andhusbanding their creative life force (sex power) and reclaiming Conscious Lightof the Intelligence.

The Indigochildren, and the aware spiritual aspirants and initiates who preceded themand/or birthed them, are virtuous and pure in heart. The sacred chalices oftheir hearts are opened to and filled with love and compassion; their minds arepure and clean, giving them penetrating insights into life’s most perplexingproblems; they are aware cosmic conscious visionaries and superlative thinkingcreative geniuses in tune with the Infinite Source of their being; they areaware that they are immortal beings, as is every man and woman and child; theyare anachronisms endowed with special innate gifts and talents in variousfields, especially in the sacred, social, cultural and creative arts andsciences; they are value producers who contribute greatly to the upliftment andadvancement of humanity and Mother Earth; they are the forerunners of theimpending new Golden Age of Aquarius, which is even now experiencing the agonyand ecstasy of its birth throes; they are destined to show the world, byexample, how to constructively transform the world and its institutions andinfrastructures.

Ifsuperlative thinking visionary men and women will share the foregoing articles,including the preceding comments by this writer, with everyone they know, itwill help awaken world citizens to the grave dangers confronting them, revealthe true, underlying, deep-seated root cause of the world crisis and humanconflicts and introduce practical, viable ways to prevent consciencelessun-evolved psychopathic entities and vagabonds of the dregs and lees of thelower astral world from incarnating in our temporal human world. Onlyspiritually evolved beings will then incarnate.

Eventually,as more and more people become aware of their divine origin; that they areimmortal spiritual beings and that the Kingdom of Heaven is within them, theywill discover the secrets of tapping (and will tap) the miraculous unusedpowers and potentials of their higher minds (their divine high self). They willthen, in the years to come, be able to turn the world into a paradise rivalingthe legendary Garden of Eden.

* This commentator is not implyingthat man evolved from lower life forms. The word "evolved", as usedin this article, implies the advancement of nascent mind to ever-successivelyhigher states, stages and degrees of awareness in the Eternal Order ofProgression.

Evolution is preceded by involution.Involution involves and relates to the nature side of the Universe; evolutioninvolves and relates to the intelligent side of the Universe.

The purpose, plan and structure ofthe Universe is for primordial unintelligent substance to progress (advance viainvolution) in ever-successively higher degrees of advancement and development,through a university of laws in nature, until it becomes intelligent matter onthe intelligence side of the Universe. It then progresses advances (evolves) toever-successively higher degrees of intelligence until it becomes pureIntelligence and the final apotheosis, CONSCIOUSNESS absolute—the SOURCE of all thatis.

Basically the article states the misuse of sexual energies and psychopaths are the downfall of great civilizations. This is quite deep and what this has to do with VIP or IQD I am not quite sure. This is an interesting essay however, but I am not sure what the context means posted here.

For those that choose not to read this and instead rely on others to provide them with a short summary of what it says, now you know why this country is in the mess it is today. This is EXACTLY WHY! No one will bother to take the time to learn what is really going on and instead they rely on whatever BS they get fed from the mainstream media and they believe it all. simmer down there partytime. Read it. Don't care to comment on new age philosophy that got a lot of distortions in it and is anti Christian (note from the person who posted it) and get into a religious debate.
