acceb75 Posted July 22, 2011 Report Share Posted July 22, 2011 They are taking reserve orders, but interestingly they have changed the "rules" on the way they lock in the rate. It used to be for COD orders the rate was locked as soon as you faxed a copy of the cashier's check/etc. with a time stamp on it. Now they don't lock in a rate until 24 hours after you present them with a cashier's check image. I don't know when they changed that, I just noticed it yesterday.
