brandedbabe
Do I need a liscence to sell on eBay? I don't think so because most of the dinar is sold a collectible currency...eBay charges fees on the listing and the sell...If they have.an issue with the listing they will pull your listing. No you dont need a Licence to sell on ebay, BUT if you are shipping to the buyer across state lines you do need to be registered as a currency dealer or something like that ....... there was a thread on this a couple of months back about some guy who was arrested for selling dinar ..... it wasnt the fact that selling dinar was illegal or anything it was the fact that he was shipping across state lines .... have a look for the article I tried to find it with no luck maybe someone esle remembers it.

Dalite
Do I need a liscence to sell on eBay? Go to Ebay's Sellers Forum and pose your question there. eBay has no benefit from allowing illegal activity; they have too much to lose. I have been registered with EBay since 1996, back when it was called Auction Web. I have witnessed them removing the ability to sell a multitude of items that have legal implications. You will get an accur ate answer there; not a Forum Opinion that may be clouded with emotion or personal regret. Based on the number of sellers offering Dinar, the length of time that Dinar listings have prevailed, and the mixture of licensed and unlicensed sellers, I can only guess that eBay would have restricted the ads years ago if there were any legal implications. With the growing awareness that a RD is very likely, combined with no exchange method for the new lower denominations, I predict a major increase in the listings by individuals trying to shift their misery to pumper inspired "investors". I would consider a carefully worded description, small quantity or single note, or collection of various denominations to assure you are selling for historical or collector appeal. Your listings should be posted to start around 6:30 PST, or 9:30 EST to allow time for bidders to get home for work and make a final bid. Free shipping gives a definite advantage. Before you list any, check with the eBay buyer's forum for an official answer. My suggestions are just that; speculations from observations. Convince yourself first, then create convincing listings. As long as the Pumpers are in business, the price is within reach, the buyers will come. May as well get some positive benefit from Okie Poo. horns
You have to sell it as a collectible to avoid problems over state lines.
