That 30 day window was debunked weeks ago. After finding there was really no law re: 30 days, the rumor changed so that it wasnt a law, but was in the Iraqi constitution. That was debunked also.

I just recieved a letter from a friend in Az. retired military,retired airlines pilot, He says and I quote " If it {rv/ri} doesn't happen by the 2/7/10 , it won't happen till mid summer". So I sure hope it's before and not after !

I don't believe the Iraqis have any problem breaking their own laws or constitution (see the election law debacle as an example), so I don't believe the 30 day thing matters at all.

I dont see how a RV would be considered a law. Its just the business of running a gov't. It may already be done like so many have said, and can release when its ready, or best for M, or the country. It could be anytime M wants now......just thinking.

I was under the impression they had 30 days prior to the election of March 7, so backing up the time would be 4th-5th of February. This weekend we should hear from the powers that be, still holding out for $3 something..

First it was 45 days prior to election, now it's 30 days? What is the next window... 10 days? 5 days? 24 hours? This law has never been verified, and it's NOT in the Iraqi constitution to my knowledge.
