12:45 PM [Nighthk11] Good morning DV- I see from reading that Maliki is still the hold-up on getting things done- I said a while ago that he will be removed and I believe it will not be so much as the UN/UNSC doing it

I respect knight. But it seems he has thrown all of his chips in. We have every reason to believe that it should be done this week. But what if it doesn't happen this week? What if nothing happens as far as RV goes? We always look at things from a western perspective. I don't think the GOI understands what is happening on the street.. Mubarak didn't understand either. The GOI has been viewing events from their Ivory Tower. They think that if they give up their wages, the average Iraqi citizen will be satisfied. They have almost no electricity. Raw sewage flows through their neighborhoods. I don't think an RV will stop their hatred at this point.
