The House of Representatives approved the allocation of four billion dollars لمفردات the ration card.

A parliamentary source said that the council had agreed to the Appropriation at its meeting held by the late today to approve the budget

That's a bunch of DOLLARS from colored toilet paper folks!

It means that all of the participating banks are not selling the u.s. dollar. Maybe they are holding on to it b/c when Iraq rv's our money is going to gain in value as we start spending .Maybe they are smarter than we think. The banks have been doing this for a couple of weeks now. Just a theory.
