Remember how when we were kids and we watched the shuttle launches. Remember how the smoke would build up, then the rumbling, then the gurneys and walk ways and all that support stuff fell away. And in a moment of surrealness, the shuttle broke free from Earth's gravity and "We have lift off." The rest became a spectacle of pyrotechnics and aerodynamics that continues to awe and amaze. Shoot for the moon. If you miss, you'll still land amongst the stars.
