Only got 1/2 my order from Dinar Trade...

I am posting as I give Dinar Trade a chance to correct an oversight. I have just spoken with "Lori" at Dinar Trade by phone. She tells me she will have the other half sent out today.

I expect to report tomorrow that the other half has been received. I post this as information for others to know, so they can evaluate the responsiveness of Dinar Trade to what likely is simple human error on their part.

Lori told me that they have all order preparation on video, so they will review the orders to check for discreprancies. She did say there were a few others with the same complaints in the past few days, and they are actively working to correct it. She mentioned there were 3,500 orders yesterday alone.

I have the utmost confidence this will be resolved swiftly. I also foresee continued excellent service from Dinar Trade once this matter is resolved.

I'll keep y'all posted.

Happened to me back in Feb but they corrected it immediately. I trust them completely.

We have many, many orders made with DT, and all were handled very well, with a single mishap...corrected immediately within 24hrs. wink.gif

I have posted this before but I too had an order come in 250,000 short. I called and Ali called me back 3 times that day to apologize and to assure me the dinar would arrive overnight..it did. They videotape all transactions so they can verify errors. I thought they handled it quickly and correctly.
