In the second article, towards the end there is a short paragraph that states "Iraq had wanted an extra year of UN protection for the DFI against creditors. The United States and Britain wanted the fund to come to an end on December 31, but agreed to a six month extension because of the recent political crisis in Iraq." Does this affect the RV in any way in anyone's opinion? Thoughts? Sounds more like the usual procrastination BS we've seen in the past, or perhaps disinformation. I'm not sure what I think about it...

I'm happy to report the rest of my order came in today. Minimal hassle, corrected immediately. I'm happy now.
