This is excellent news. These gov. officals need to be held accountable and this is the first step towards accountablity. I hope they will lose their monthly salaries if they decide not to show....
hrdbawl
There is TOO MUCH on the line here within this passage/article (or so is appears) to be left untouched by us all. Scooter, Viper, Phoenix, Med...anybody feel as strongly as Cplinedrive does as I assume (I am tired of guessing) that in fact they are being told to show up on Monday or else. Or else what I really wonder, but I digress.
ECSxFenrir
Is it something that happens in translation for these articles? Often they don't make straight forward sense. I do have the same question. What is the conclusion of this article?

Chief V
And expressed disapproval of the travel of some members of parliament pretext of Hajj and the determination of others not to come to the meeting of the Council of Representatives convened in the event of what will lead to a prolonged political crisis and the constitutional violation in light of the deteriorating security situation and institutional collapse in the country. It is a good thing, if they don't form before the upcoming holidays the violence will more than likely increase, and all securities that have been established will be in worse shape, the people will riot or start a civil war, it's already starting to happen with the recent Sunni uprising's. Al Qaeda will take full advantage of it as well. There's 4 holidays coming up, and this article explains about the MP's taking their pilgrimage to Mecca, sounds like they're telling them forget about it, the completion of the GOI is more important right now. We may actually see this done within the next two weeks, first holiday starts on the 16th of Nov...... V Email from AC, for once I think he's on the money...... Chief This is a Special Message from the another site! There is an upcoming meeting with the Iraqi Parliament members scheduled for Monday, 8 November. In my last posting I mentioned that if this did not go as scheduled or planned that this could bring about a constitutional crisis. The issue that they're having is that the Iraqi government has yet to select the Parliament Speaker or his deputies. Because of this possible setback there is a chance that Monday's Parliament meeting will be canceled. The Al-Iraqiyah List has until 6 November to make a decision on whether they are attending the Iraq Parliament session or not.
