Now if they can just get the GOI formed and show some sort of stability in country, we could finally see a RI or RV. My only concern is how does the Parliment make this statement if the GOI isn't formed? Did I miss something? Is this the former GOI making these statements? Is this just more mumbo jumbo out of a news source or just another "Illusion on a Double Dimple". Stay grounded, calm and be happy.
