The Terry and Tia Comedy hour episode aside, the 2 news articles posted here do not reflect anything new to the scene. We already know about Iran and Sadr's influences. We also, know that the US will work very hard to minimize Iran, Sadr, and Lebanon's influences in Iraqi politics. We also, are well aware that he Kurds are mostly out to ensure they are no longer marginalized in the new regime; this is eveidenced through the 19 requests they have insisted on. So, all that aside, there is very little information left in the articles that sheds any new light on the situation. Maliki continues to dig his own grave. While Allawi and Mahdi forge ahead to get this done; with the help of the Kurds, who will eventually concede some issues for the better good of Iraq...

Hang in there. The right people are starting to rise to the top and take control of the situation... I would say at this point in the game, EVERYONE's true intentions have pretty much come to light for the Iraqi people. It is now time for righteousness to prevail!
