Deshell
Please explain what this means. Is this general rule of thumb for instance is the rv happens on 10/13 then it would be effective as of 10/15? Thanks for the post. lechesuerte
If you you at the site now they have gotten rid of the Nov. 11th publish date and the Nov. 15th effective date. Not sure what this means for us though. GO RV in 2010!!!

Pat H
The UN posts two days ahead of time, twice a month, the operational exchange rates of every nation. It posts on the 29th of a 30 day month or the 30th day of a 31 day month, the 13th of every month, any changes in rates for each nation. That is called the publishing date. The actual rate becomes effective two days later, on the 1st or the 15th of each month. They are saying there are no changes for mid-October and while I confess to being quite addicted to checking this sheet often, I believe that to hope for a two day heads-up on the RV is daydreaming.

Who_Dat_Gurl
Maybe this needs to be brought up in Guru chat when Scooter is in there. I think he stated he will be in there soon.
