The expert only mentioned how it should go only...... Have a question though: Doesn't parliament have to verify and ratify that NA can have the necessary numbers to form the new Govt ? Only then can Maliki be nominated as PM for parliament to formally recognising him as such. Thought this is how democracy suppose to work ............. Looks like a long wait again if the Kurds don't support M..................

He could care less about the US & other soldiers dying for democracy. But he could care less about his fellow Iraqi citizens.

DesertPete
Like other politicians that we are too familiar with, Malaki and his thugs will want to hustle this through when they know that they have at least one more vote than they need. westy33567
Well I see this as a great start. I hope that he can pull of the proper votes but I premise that with the fat that I do not believe Mailki the best suitor for Iraq. Go RV!!!!!!! Now we need Talabani to conveine Parliment, then They vote new President, then we see if Maliki has the 216 votes. If he doesn't then he has 30 days to form, if he ca't do it then Allawi has 15 days! Remember what Allawi said, just a little while back several times, that it will be in November when it would happen. So if Maliki has the 216 he wins, if he doesn't because Allawi has planned for this and believes when they conveine, that certin groups are gonna change there vote and, not give Maliki the 65% he needs. I think allawi was gratefull to his friend Mahdi, for trying to force Maliki, to settle leadership in the party so that they had to conveine, and maybe he has done some back door deals like our congress and senate do. So at this point we want to see Talibani call Parliment to session, and it might be a quick seat, or it might be a October Suprise. So hunt those sites for Talabani calling a meeting!!!!!! I hope for my family's sake that he has the votes, and this is done, but on the other hand I really would like to see Allawi out of the two become Prime Minister for the Iraqi People. I have lost confidence in Maliki as I have lost confidence in our President. Let's hope God interveins, and straightens out this mess, so that our christians, and all others that would help there fellow man realize this gift of a RV//RI so that we can hopefully become a stronger nation and world.
