Wow, last day of 2023 and I received a response to my latest email. The email was received from Banking Supervision [banking.supervision@cbi.iq]
I like how the email says "if the procedures are completed", so only God knows what will happen and when.

 

Have a great 2024 and may this be the year our Warka prayers get answered!
