Petra ...We do know that somebody dealing with the deployment of the new rate dropped the ball…hence the UST personnel being sent to Iraq to GET IT DONE!  ...the game of chicken was lost when the “execution” of the rate and notes was not accomplished in the time frame Sadani wanted...

 

Frank26   I know they were supposed to open the budget...with instruction and they did not. Once again, I say who cares. We know the cha-cha-cha of this dance. The Middle East does not have a watch. They use a sundial and it just take a little longer to develop...

MarkZ  Most of my Iraqi sources are more excited about tomorrow or overnight tonight. But honestly we don’t know the timing yet...No kiddin'..! ...we are watching all the pieces come together. This long anticipated event is finally occurring right in front of us. As for the budget my sources say they are implementing it now. Money has started flowing and things have started happening.  I am still looking for articles on this to come out of Iraq. It could be tomorrow before they are out. We are at a turning point...I believe the tide has turned.How many times have we heard this same tale over the years..?
